This was a last minute booking for a nearby event. We were lucky to get it. The house was clean and comfortable. Easy in. The hosts were quick in their response to my questions. The instructions on getting into the house were spot on. No trouble at all. Definitely will check to see if this home is available the next time we need to stay in Jamestown. Recommended.

Really wonderful experience. The house was incredibly comfortable and in a very beautiful neighborhood. The property itself was big, lots of trees, private, all fenced in - trails right outside for exploring. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our favorite amenity was the hottub on the back porch. We used it multiple times a day and sat out gazing at stars in it at night. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a bit pricey and privacy was a bit of an issue as well as the noise from the rental up stairs. Other than that it was a great stay and the pool is fantastic. Would totally come back if the price was a bit more reasonable but ill blame that on the fact it was peak season at the time.

This is a nice cabin for a group located in a perfect spot for Hiking in the big south fork area. The kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. I’d note that this is best for 6 to 7 people, not 10 to 11 as described. The higher number seems to be based on several people sharing a bed. Also, there were no towels or soap, etc. when we arrived, but someone brought some over after we called. Overall a great option for staying in the area, especially since Pickett state park is often full.

It’s a wonderful little place with amazing host that have amazing hospitality. They were flexible with me and helpful with any questions I had or concerns. I will stay again when I take a trip back that way again. The cabin was comfortable and had everything that I needed for the weekend.I highly recommend staying here.

This place is awesome. It's just a short 12 minute ride to a marina on Dale hollow lake and there was plenty of room to park and maneuver the boat. Wonderful place to stay on a trip to the lake.

A delightful stay in every respect! The one thing that impressed me most is how the hosts have designed this cabin (including front porch and large back deck) with every inch of space inviting comfortable use and relaxation. It is a bit of an architectural gem in that it's more than just "cozy" and clean; it positively invites you to settle into the space and relax. This was especially valuable for me as a solo traveler seeking peace in nature and a comfortable space to read and reflect. It was quite hot when I was there so the A/C in the remote control coupled with the ceiling fans were fantastic. Oliver was great in communication. One last thing: I did not use the hot tub (shame on me!), and this review would be just as positive as one for the same cabin without the hot tub. Thank you, Oliver and Amy, for a great stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary, and it was amazing! The hot tub was perfect, the grill was convenient and the fire pit table on the deck was super nice considering it rained most of our trip. This location was so peaceful. The cabin itself was so cute, and cozy. They had everything you need to cook as well. My doggo also enjoyed her stay :)!

The cabin was perfect for our family (2 dogs & a 3-month-old) traveling from Nashville for a weekend getaway. Cabin itself is cozy and thoughtfully laid out with everything needed for a couple or small family. The screened in hot tub shelter and screened in porch with outdoor fireplace are an awesome bonus! Location-wise the cabin is nicely situated between Pickett/Pogue Canyon and Big South Fork parks, with amazing hikes within a short 15-30min drive in either direction. And the property itself is a gem, with beautiful secluded surroundings and plenty of room for dogs & kids to roam. There is even a magical little hidden cove below the main yard with a small creek and rock overhang right in the property. Oliver was very communicative and helpful, as was his local caretaker Erica. We’d wholeheartedly recommend for a trip to the BSF area!

We had a great time at Bills cabin, the location was beautiful. We enjoyed the fresh air and nature! Even better, we got to bring along our fur baby Baloo. He was in doggy heaven. Everything was nice and clean, was easy to find and private. We enjoyed our trip to Tennessee.
