Apartment located in the Lauragais in the municipality of Mas Saintes Puelles between Toulouse and Carcassonne. 10 minutes from the A61 motorway (Castelnaudary exit) 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi and 5 km from the Ganguise dam. The apartment is on the ground floor of my primary residence. Access is via automatic gate and parking is available in front of the accommodation. Unlimited Wi-Fi. Possibility of storing bikes in a small room adjoining the accommodation. Shared pool, secured by an alarm.

Appartement de 45m2 au rdc tout confort entièrement rénové dans un château à la campagne du 18ème siècle, petit parc privé avec arbres centenaires et majestueux. A 2 min en voiture des commerces et de la ville, 2 min du canal du midi avec balade à pied ou à vélo, à 20 minutes de Toulouse, 1h de Carcassonne et sa cité, lac Ganguise à 15 min. A 5 min de l’échangeur d’autoroute. Ambiance bucolique écureuils et lièvres pourront faire apparition dans le parc devant les fenêtres.

Independent studio on ground floor of our main dwelling. Self check-in possible. Independent entrance. Parking in front of the apartment on our fenced-in grounds. Roquefixade is a very picturesque village and the accomodation is excellent, with a spectacular outlook. There are lovely walks in the area. We especially enjoyed the chateau circuit and another loop walk to Les Demoiselles. Tom was a very friendly and helpful host.

Stay that will remain sincerely unforgettable at Serge and Véronique's. We spent our stay wondering if there was a defect, we couldn't find any. Beautiful and soothing place, a small island of greenery that is even a haven for squirrels, that means tranquility. Tastefully furnished interior, more than well equipped. Lots of space inside and out, and the private pool of course perfect and relaxing for a summer vacation. Go there with your eyes closed, the services are really exceptional. Finally, we could have mentioned it first, the sympathy and attention of Serge with whom we had extremely fun interacting. Congratulations Serge and Véronique for your work and for making this place so beautiful and welcoming.

Our stay at Pierre and Claude's house was a dream. Laurac is a quiet and beautiful village and the house of Pierre and Claude is located in the highest part of the village with privileged views. Hard to forget! The house is very complete, with all the utensils you need and if any are missing, Pierre won't hesitate to get it for you. Always attentive and at the same time giving you the privacy you are looking for when you are on vacation. We went in August and it was a luxury since the house is cool and we didn't even need the use of fans. The location of the accommodation is ideal as the main points of interest in the area are 20/30 minutes by car. We will never forget our stay there. A little bit of our hearts has already stayed in the beautiful Laurac and in the kindness and affection of Pierre and Claude that welcomed us as part of their family. We will for sure be going back! Thank you for everything Lorena, Nico and Óscar 🤍

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. Georges and Marilou were wonderful hosts. The made us feel very welcome and made sure to show us how everything functioned in the apartment. It was a lovely space - the best we've stayed in in France. The rooms were spacious and very beautifully furnished with many thoughtful extras included to make us feel at home. The rooms had big windows with distant views to the Pyrenees and glimpses of the Canal du Midi. The location was excellent - a quiet spot with a very short walk to the station, the canal, and within easy walking distance to the restaurants and cafes in the city centre. We ended up spending more time than we anticipated at the apartment as the trains were on strike and the weather was a little cold and wet. But the apartment proved to be a lovely refuge and we very much enjoyed our time there. Thankyou Georges and Marilou.... we hope to be back one day!
