New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadows, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.

In-law 15 meters from the water.

The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just walk down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a stroll in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish highland cattle and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - dragin. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of lovely walks by the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer trip Skalø around.
