Cosy cottage near the sea

This cosy cottage near the beautiful coastline of Sydfyn - the Woolf's Cottage - is only a few hundred metres from the sea, and the area is surrounded by sea on both sides as well as an ample forest area in which to roam, spotting deer and pheasants. The garden has two terraces with great sun spots, both behind and in front of the house, with lots of trees and little spots to relax. There is also a fireplace and a swing. Cleaning, towels and bedding is not included but can be provided.

Skønt og lyst sommerhus med god plads og loft til kip. Sommerhuset er 116 kvm med 3 soveværelser og to badeværelser begge med brus. Der er et badekar og sauna i det ene. Grunden er stor med minimal beplantning, hvilket gør det muligt at spille en god fodboldkamp. Der er ligeledes legetårn med rutchebane og gynger samt nedgravet trampolin. Der er Weber Gasgrill placeret i skuret, så det er muligt at grille på terrassen på solrige dage. Huset varmes op med brændeovn og elradiatorer.
