Welcome to my listing for my 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. Located in central Warrington, around 10 minutes walk to the central station. The apartment compromises of 2 bedrooms with double beds in each room to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Master bedroom has an en-suite with a toilet and shower cubicle. Living / kitchen area is well proportioned which includes spaces to dine, relax and also a work desk. Kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave etc as can be seen in the photos

All are welcome to stay in my cosy, quiet property. Easily accessible by public transport and a short trip to the town centre, it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance, being completely private with its own patio and parking space. You’re free to use my garden with its sheltered hammock swing - perfect for shade in the heat or shelter for rain, converting to a bed. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or bake, using the KitchenAid mixer. Indulge!

My apartment is a newly built residential property. It is unique as is was previously a commercial property but has now been re-purposed into a block of flats. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac. There are pubs, shops and bus stop along the main street. There are facilities for charging electric vehicles and private parking on site. There is also an enclosed bike shed. There is a set of stairs that lead to the first floor where the apartment is situated.
