You will be surrounded by a 10-hectare estate with a 10x5 swimming pool (from May, as soon as the weather permits, and until September if the weather is mild). La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear. La Belle Hélène, in the heart of the charming little village of Souel, is an old house, in white stone which in the 19th century was the village bistro. On the ground floor, you will find a large Louis XIII dining room with a fireplace, a small TV lounge, the kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. The wooden staircase will take you to the 2 bedrooms; Hélène's room (1 bed of 140) And a 140 cm sofa bed Aline's room (1 bed of 140)
