Townhome vacation rentals in Lexington

This place was great! Very comfortable and cozy. What you see in the photos is what you get, but it’s actually a lot bigger than what it looks like! Great information displayed, along with a gorgeous detailed map and some great recommendations! Not to mention a nicely illustrated history of bourbon. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, without any issues regarding neighbors. There’s a nice patio space in the front to enjoy drinks while it rains! 10/10, would recommend and definitely looking forward to staying again while we house hunt in the area! Thanks Bob & friends!

Ben's place was fantastic! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Great local recommendations. We were in town for an event at Rupp Arena and we walked, not only to there but to multiple local options for food, coffee and drinks. The neighborhood was really really quiet. This is a perfect location for anything in the middle of Lexington. The value was incredible. For roughly the night of a downtown hotel we got 2 nights and 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 parking spots and a fully stocked kitchen. If I ever go back to Lexington, this is the first place I'm trying to stay.

The place was beautiful! It was right near lots of things to do but set off enough to feel private. Quiet neighborhood and a very kind host.

Great location, great stay! I loved that this place had two full bathrooms as it gave me and a friend our own spaces. There was plenty of hot water for us to shower back to back. Ben had coffee grounds for us with a coffee maker which was perfect for the mornings. There’s a cute walkable breakfast spot called Java Jukebox that we went to and all our dinner locations were within 2 miles. The home itself is basic and just what we needed. It was clean and we enjoyed using the patio table in the backyard.

my friend and I came to Lexington to attend a concert at Rupp Arena....it was so close! We were only there for one evening, but we felt like we were right at home. Enjoyed time together in the common areas, and then were able to retreat to our own spaces. Nice to have bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us and then a half bath downstairs. Convenient. It was also nice to know that Ben (host) was just a message away and very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

⸻ Five stars all around! The Homestretch was the perfect stay for our group of friends. The equestrian theme added a charming and local touch, and the entire space was beautifully put together. The bedding and pillows were incredibly comfortable—some of the best we’ve experienced in a rental! Our host, Therese, went above and beyond. She thoughtfully provided breakfast supplies and even fresh baked cookies, which made us feel so welcome. If I’m ever back in Lexington, I wouldn’t hesitate to book The Homestretch again. Highly recommend!

Easy checkin and great location on Ashland Ave. Private parking in back and easy coded door access. Beds and desks upstairs. Spacious bathroom with laundry equipment downstairs. Full kitchen. Nice snacks on checkin. Super helpful! Great location.

We, a group of 8, were in Lexington for the Railbird Music Festival. The house was in a great location that was just a short drive from the Red Mile and provided us with everything we needed for the weekend.

We stayed here for a weekend of concerts at Rupp Arena. After another host cancelled on us with short notice, Morgan saved the day with this spot. A very short walk to the arena and dining, brewery and entertainment options. The place is beautiful- exactly like the photos and looks almost new. Well stocked for whatever your plans are. The balcony was a great spot for coffee and breakfast, though by the afternoon it was very warm. Inside stayed cool though! Very comfortable all around. The primary bedroom is very large and the 3-head shower was an unexpected luxury! We were only here 2 nights, but it would be very comfortable for a longer stay too. Morgan communicated perfectly when I had a couple questions and had local recommendations as well. Great host. It didn’t bother me, but if you are used to a quiet setting, this area of Lexington isn’t that. It’s by a fairly major road, so you will hear some normal city sounds. It should be expected for the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at Avena's place! The space was clean and in a great location. Avena was a kind and responsive host. I would definitely book here again. Things to note: If you run hot at night and are planning to stay in the loft style bed then bring a fan. For those reviews that complain about the street noise - if you are used to some noise at night, you will be fine. It is not as though you are staying above a bar or a club, and the street is just a two lane one way street. We hardly noticed it!

We always love to stay here when we’re at the horse show. It’s comfortable and sooo convenient. Also, the hosts are amazing. Can’t wait to stay again!

This town house was perfect for what we needed. Very close to the horse park. Lots of close restaurants Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Loved the fenced in back yard for the dogs. Hopefully it will be available for our next horse show at the horse park.

Jonas' place was clean and safe. I stayed there as a solo female traveler and felt the neighborhood was quiet and secure - I walked home both nights I stayed. There is so much to do in the neighborhood but the room remains quiet at night. Apparently Jonas has a dog but I saw/heard no sign of it! I didn't use the shared amenities as I was only there a short time, but the wifi and bathroom worked perfectly. Thanks Jonas!

Location is outstanding, close to Rupp and the Distillery District. Marcus and Amber were quick to respond to the couple of questions I had, the unit was well appointed and the beds were comfortable, I would highly recommend staying here ! Book with confidence !

My friends & I stayed here for the Railbird Music Festival. The house was very nice and had all the amenities that we could need & more. Our host was very responsive and made our stay very easy and enjoyable!

We liked staying at Jennifer’s home in Lexington and would definitely return there next time we visit Lexington. Close to Lexington Sporting Club which was perfect for our needs. Jennifer was easy to reach for our needs. The unit is very comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. TV’s had every channel you would need. We did a lot of cooking, so we were happy the place had all the supplies we needed. Beautiful horse country. Learned so much about the area! Super Stay❣️

Great home and residence was as described and was very clean. Property has a great location and we will look here again for future trips to the Bluegrass state!

Lily’s townhome was fantastic! It is such a bright and happy little place! It’s a short drive to some cute places to eat and convenient to downtown Lexington. The beds were comfy, the shower pressure was great, and Lily was super responsive and proactive. Would definitely stay there again!

Cade’s airbnb was really nice! He’s super responsive, very friendly and accommodated us pretty well. The room was really nice and clean. Would stay there again for sure.

Our stay in this townhome was fantastic! Everything was clean, comfortable and easy. The location was perfect. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation from UK. I wanted something convenient, but away from the crowded campus. This was perfect! The host gave information for everything and was very quick to respond.
