Very cute apartment. Well furnished. Close to the train station and bus stop. Spacious. Way better in person than what it looks like in the pictures. Close to a supermarket. Mall accessible by bus which is 20 minutes away on the bus. Walk from the station to the apartment took us about 15 minutes with our luggage because it’s going uphill. We had a great stay! Would love to come back here someday. Thank you Karl-Christer

Struan heeft ons met veel vriendelijkheid ontvangen. Hij gaf ons duidlijke instructies voor aankomt, wat er voor zorgde dat we op elk tijdstip konden inchecken zonder dat er iemand aanwezig moest zijn. Een dag later hebben we elkaar ontmoet en kregen we tips over de omgeving. De familie had kaneelbroodjes gebakken en hebben er twee voor ons achter gelaten om te proeven. Struan kon al onze vragen beantwoorden en reageerde snel op berichten. Alle nodige artikelen waren aanwezig. De uitcheck tijd was flexibel en we konden zelf bepalen wanneer het vertrokken. Al met al een hele fijne ervaring gehad in dit appartement

Great place to stay and cool offbeat location by the waterside and marina. Felt very welcome. Friendly hosts. Good access to the metro with frequent departures to central Stockholm. Slightly noisy from 1st floor and highway, but only with the windows open.

Third time staying here! Beautiful large apartment with great decor, and located in ideal location. Robert is wonderful and easy to communicate with.

we were well informed about everything, all was waiting and prepared for our coming, very enjoyable and restful place. :)

Susann and her Sons rent out one of their apartments in a centrally located house. It is an open apartment with a bed-couch and a queen bed. 3-4 friends or family groups can easily use the apartment. It has a clean bathroom, but not regular kitchen. This is not a problem, as there is a fridge, a microwave and a very recommendable bakery store right in front of the house. They serve great coffee, freshly made bread and pastries. The apartment is only 17-20 minutes walking minutes from Arlanda Express and the Stockholm Central Station. Susann is a welcoming person who tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She handed in extra linen and pillows, as the nights turned out to be quite chilly in May. Susann also recommended very nice places to visit, gave directions and was easy with the early-morning check-out. We can fully recommend staying with her. Tak!

Wonderfully adorned and a perfect place to stay for a small family. The space is very well-equipped and has a great little toy bin for the little ones to keep busy. It's in a fun location close to a couple accessible bus stops and lots to do around in Sodermalm. Would definitely stay again. We had a fantastic time.

3泊の滞在でしたが、もっと長い滞在を選べば良かったと心から思う素晴らしい滞在でした。 Rahwaさんはとても親切で、いつも私たちの質問に対して迅速かつ細やかな返答をくれました。 ※彼女の提供するお部屋は素晴らしく充実しており、例えば洗濯機や用意してくれているタオル類も、これだけ手厚く設置されているものは本当に私たちが使っていいものですか？？と色々聞いてしまいましたが、いつも親切に教えてくれました お部屋はとても広く、また調度品も素晴らしいセンスで、窓から入る木漏れ日や外に見える美しい景色、数十歩で着くのどかな湖畔は「まるでその土地に住んでいるかのように、暮らしも体験しながら旅をする」ことを大事にする私たちにとって、見事に願いを叶える滞在となりました。 また、素晴らしい自然に囲まれた閑静でプライベートな場所ながら、バス停が近いため市街地へもアクセスしやすく、SLの3日券を買っていた私たちは毎日簡単に街へも出ることができました。途中の乗換で立ち寄るFarsta駅には大きなスーパーやショッピングセンターもあり、外食に疲れた際には自炊準備のための買い出しにも便利でした。 北欧の物価の高さに震えていましたが、Rahwaさんのおうちの滞在とFarstaのスーパーはとてもお値打ちに感じ、この点についても大変ありがたかったです！ 本当にありがとうございました！

There aren’t many words to describe Daniel and his place. To feel so at home and accommodated by him, was truly a special experience, in a kind of way, of making a friend and feeling at home in a city that’s not home. I’m grateful for him.

Pouya’s place was one of the nicest apartments we’ve stayed in! It’s beautiful and well-designed and had more than everything we needed for our stay in Stockholm. Everything you need is nearby, including grocery stores, restaurants and the T station to head wherever you need to go.

Io e la mia famiglia ( due adulti e tre bambini) abbiamo soggiornato nell’alloggio di Jan per 8 giorni. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per la permanenza, alloggio molto caldo e confortevole, vicino alla stazione del treno, ben collegato con Stoccolma. La casa si trova a pochi chilometri dall’aeroporto di Arlanda e da altre cittadine molto carine da visitare. Self check in con cassetta di sicurezza, proprietari molto reattivi e discreti.

Iraj foi atencioso em todos os momentos. Deu orientações, ajudou em tudo ! Permitiu fazer checkout mais tarde e sempre esteve disponível para tirar dúvidas. Sua casa é confortável e muito agradável! Excelente opção de hospedagem!!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Lage. Die U-Bahn ist wirklich nicht weit weg und mit ein paar Stationen ist man bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Und die Möglichkeit, gleich vor der Haustür ein erfrischendes Bad zu nehmen ist ein Highlight. Einen großen Dank an Nadja für den frühen Check-In und den lieben Empfang!

Absolutely loved our stay at Stefan’s place. He was a very friendly and accommodating host, easy to communicate with, and made us feel warmly welcome from the start. The apartment was exactly as advertised – nicely decorated, well-equipped, and in a peaceful building despite being right in the heart of “Knivsöder.” The highlight was definitely the narrow balcony with its charming glimpse of the water – perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. The fold-out couch was surprisingly comfortable thanks to the proper mattress, and everything we needed was on hand. The only drawback was the spotty internet connection, especially from the bed. Online meetings worked from the kitchen counter (albeit not at lightning speed), so we assume this is more about the router’s location near the front door and the thick walls than the service itself. Hopefully Stefan can improve it with a repeater or router upgrade – in which case the stay would easily go from five to “six stars.”

wir durften 5 Nächte in der super schönen Wohnung von Silvana und Magnus verbringen. sie haben uns persönlich begrüsst und uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und gut erklärt. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. What a great place to stay in Stockholm! Next door to the T stop at Karlaplan. Grocery right next door. Lots of room. Comfortable beds. Excellent amenities like washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, etc. Apple Maps led us astray, bur tut time we found the building it was easy. Frida responded immediately when I messaged about not finding the apartment and then we were all set! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Pelle’s apartment in Stockholm! From the moment we arrived, Pelle was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The apartment had everything we needed — it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Geweldige tijd gehad. Alles op loopafstand van het centrum. Mooie schone ruime studio en heerlijk bed. Adam had van te voren handige tips gestuurd en als wij vragen hadden reageerde hij vrij snel. Al met al top!!!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage mit der Familie in der Wohnung. Man ist mit dem Bus sehr schnell in der Stadt, die Lage ist ruhig und die Umgebung angenehm mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen Restaurants, sowie Bademöglichkeit. Der Checkin war gut abgesprochen und freundlich!

We loved staying in Örjan’s beautiful and spacious apartment. A great neighborhood too! Örjan went above and beyond in communications and recommendations - he even asked how old our kids were and recommended a very cool playground which made for a great start to our trip! There is construction nearby of a subway station but it didn’t bother us.

Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice studio, in a traditional building in the old city, well-equipped; perfect for a base to explore the sights, or as a stay for a business meeting in the city centre.
