It is located in a central neighborhood with easy access to transportation, as well as markets, restaurants, bakery, drugstore, ice cream parlor, fitness center and beauty salon within meters of the residence.

In addition to the great location, the street offers several dining options: breakfast, bars, restaurants and pizzerias nearby. The house is divided into three spaces, two of which are full apartments and a living room, all with separate entrances. The apartment available has 2 double bedrooms, however, it serves very well for a couple only or one person.
