The stay was excellent, it met expectations. Location (bars, restaurants, sights, waterfront, etc.), cleaning, furniture, linens and new utensils, all technological (check in, entrance, mini-market, check out), all practical and functional. I highly recommend!!!

Rafael is an excellent host, very polite and attentive. He helped us with everything we needed quickly. The apartment is cozy and the common areas are very pleasant. The property is very well located, close to the beach, market, bakery, mall and pharmacy. The surrounding area is super safe and it's just a 12-minute walk to Farol da Barra. My wife and I love it and we definitely intend to come back. We highly recommend it.

The place is super well located (being about 5 minutes walk to the beach). The building is very modern and clean, has a gym and swimming pool, and access is very safe (through facial recognition). The space where we stayed was extremely clean, it had all the utensils we needed during the stay and Icaro was very attentive, helpful and kind to welcome us. I have no complaints to make, on the contrary, only compliments! The only point to note is that the space is smaller than it appears in the photos, with a bedroom that is kind of 'next to' a balcony, the kitchen and the bathroom. It's reminiscent of a hotel room, but everything is very organized and clean, so it's not a detail that changed anything about our stay.

Super clean, smart design, killer view!

Communication was a little poor. It took a while to get a response, I arrived at the building without knowing which apartment it was or if anyone would be waiting for me, but in the end everything worked out, with some difficulty the doorman was able to find out which apartment it was and let us in. The apartment is wonderful, very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Excellent location: market, bakery, pharmacy, shopping, good restaurants and the beach all very close. It was very worth staying in this apartment. I could live in it without having to change anything.

The apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, in a very safe area. The structure of the building is great, but the highlight we give is the apartment's balcony: side view to the sea, equipped with a hammock... a charming place to have coffee, we love it. The apartment matches the description exactly, with a good shower and air-conditioning that handles the Salvador heat. Viviane, as a host, was wonderful. She answered all our questions, forwarded suggestions for bars, restaurants, tours and was always available to make our stay in Salvador the best possible, in addition to the attention she gave us at check-in. We recommend it to everyone in the community and will certainly return if a new opportunity arises.

I spent 4 days with my wife in this little piece of paradise. WHAT A FANTASTIC PLACE!! The apartment is outrageously beautiful and cozy. The view is a spectacle in itself, a panoramic apartment by the sea, in all rooms it seems that you are practically in the water, without words! The location is fantastic too, close to everything that's good in Salvador! PERFECT! We'll be back soon. Thank you so much!

Great accommodation, structure identical to the photos, great location because it was relatively close to all the sights but far from the crowds, which meant that the Uber cost a maximum of 10 reais to the sights and we had the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood! Hosts are always available and kind

The structure is excellent! The accommodation offers coworking, a gym, rooftop, swimming pool and direct access to the beach — all very well maintained, clean and organized. I stayed at the accommodation for 10 days, I went to work and took the opportunity to sightsee, so it is worth adding that it is also very well located, facilitating transportation in applications and even walking. I recommend it!

Tais is hands down one of the best hosts that we’ve had. From her top notch communication to her suggestions on local places to eat and be entertained we cannot say enough about how she’s helped improve our stay here in Salvador! The location is beautifully situated a top a hill where you can see the beautiful landscape of the beach! Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and a very clean and modern apartment to accompany these views. The apartment has dishes and everything you will need to fill comfortable making dinner during long stays. We extended our stay from 4 days to 4 weeks and it’s been worth it. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling and looking for clean, comfortable and a positive host.

Check-in was smooth, the apartment was organized and clean. The spaces are well distributed, being comfortable for the 3 of us during the stay. The kitchen is equipped with utensils in good working order. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet and the air conditioning works satisfactorily. Bathrooms are small, clean, shower with good pressure and good water heating. We're happy overall.

Luciana was very helpful throughout the process. The house is near the airport and beautiful beaches further north of Salvador, which is interesting for those who want to enjoy this side. The neighborhood was a pleasant surprise, full of squares and with everything close by. Very nice.

Great stay! Well located house, quite green area and with the option of leisure for the whole family. Rogério (the owner) and Sandro (the homemaker) are very helpful and helped us a lot.

Carlos' space is amazing, organized, peace is excellent for those who want to live the experience of rest, very close to the beach, safe and close to other places such as restaurants and markets. Carlos is an excellent host, answers questions and guidelines very quickly and was super flexible. I will return more often.

If you are looking for a safe, community- focused place as a base for your visit to Salvador then this is perfect. Friendly neighbours, lovely setting in a secure community area with a pool and a wonderful host near by. With easy access to the newly developed waterfront, beaches and restaurants it's a great place to experience life in Salvador as an international visitor to this amazing, interesting and vibrant city. The accommodation is basic but functional and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Milena for being such a great host.

Excellent hosting option for those who want tranquility and excellent value for money on the island of Itaparica. Condominium booked and secure Penha beach is one of the best beaches on the island. Calm and quiet sea and a beautiful view of the city of Salvador. André was so kind and helpful. Would recommend!!

Was a great stay. The housekeeper Dilma was so nice and welcoming and helped us whenever we needed it.

We found the house very beautiful; it is situated in a protected environment/compound. The pool is amazing, surrounded by lush greenery, and the lake is stunning. Inside the house, there is plenty of space! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The distance to the old city center is approximately 30 minutes; taxis and Ubers are affordable. While there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the house, we appreciated the tranquility. The beach is nearby, but it's safer to use an Uber to get there. Milce was a grateful help, very friendly and nice.

Everything went as planned, I recommend with your eyes closed and if everything goes smoothly we will return next year's carnival
