The most beautiful villa! Pool was amazing, all the facilities were great and super easy to get an uber or bolt to faro/albufeira! Host was so lovely and helpful. Some of the rooms were a little dark, and one room was advertised as two separate beds but was actually a bunk bed. Additionally, the boiler kept malfunctioning so most showers ended up being cold throughout our week stay. Despite this, all 10 of us had such a wonderful time and would definitely recommend !

We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a wonderful 5-day stay as a 30s friend group - the house is absolutely stunning, and felt like a real luxury. It's only about an hour's drive from Faro Airport, AC was great, kitchen really well stocked even for a bit group and the outdoor area / BBQ were ideal! It's in a peaceful neighbourhood (up a massive hill!) and far enough from the other houses to feel private. It was super easy to Uber into Lagos for only €5-7 euros each way - drivers weren't at all daunted by the location, and are fearless with the tiny old town streets in Lagos proper! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking to explore the Algarve :)

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und von der kleinen Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick. Bei Rückfragen war Sophie auch während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit für uns erreichbar, war hilfsbereit und hat uns mit Tipps versorgt. Aljezur ist eine schöne Kleinstadt und hat alles, was man braucht. Gerade mal eine Gehminute entfernt gibt es eine hervorragende kleine Bäckerei und eine neapolitanische Pizzeria. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Wir haben zwei Tage im Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt und wir konnten viel zu Fuß erledigen. Ferragudo und seine Umgebung ist eine Reise wert. Ricardo und Priscila waren sehr bemüht und sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

très bel appartement au milieu d'un village tranquille à Pêra avec vue directe sur la très belle église du village. très grandes chambres, propreté impeccable, hôtes très sympathique et aux petits soins .nous avons passé un excellent séjour. plusieurs petits bars à proximité très pratique pour prendre un petit déjeuner sympathique dès le matin. plein de belles plages également dans les environs.

This is a beautiful villa and pool with a breathtaking view down over the hills to the sea and islands in the distance. The whole place is spotlessly clean and furnished to a very good standard with comfortable beds, sofas and sunbeds and both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The pool is spacious and inviting and. makes a lovely focal point in the garden. Matthijs is an excellent host, responding swiftly to messages in a helpful and friendly manner. We highly recommend this villa.

The place is wonderful, beautiful and great home base to explore. Birgit is the best host ever. Wish I stayed longer! I will be back!

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

we had an amazing stay at Casa Semaphore. the house is beautiful and so well equipped we didn't want for anything. the provision of a daily cleaner was great for the basics and it was lovely to have our beds made every day. The house is up quite a steep access road which limited some of our party being able to go for a walk from the villa but we had cars so that wasn't a massive issue for us. the outdoor dining area provided space to eat and socialise on an evening enjoying the incredible views and amazing sunsets. The pool was a bit chilly but understandable for the time of year. we still managed to get in it plenty! overall an amazing experience. ❤️

Absolutely perfect stay — 10/10! This was the ideal place for a visit to the Algarve. Rosa was hands down the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond. Before I even arrived, she sent a detailed guide with everything I needed to know about the property, plus amazing recommendations for local restaurants, sights, and hidden gems. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Je communicatie vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf was erg prettig en duidelijk – dat stelde ons erg gerust. De villa zelf is prachtig gelegen, met een schitterend uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad waar we volop van hebben kunnen genieten. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Dankjewel voor je gastvrijheid en goede zorgen. We kijken met veel plezier terug op deze vakantie, en wie weet keren we in de toekomst nog eens terug. Likely the best location in Algarve if you are looking for a quiet stay. Apartment is nice, clean, well located, nice balcony, Kitchen is well equipped. We were expecting something upscale and trendy but it was a bit dated, however it is still very nice and very much above average. We could easily have spent 2-3 weeks here ! Armacao de Pera is often an overlooked beach city for a stay. It is quiet VERY quiet (except dog barking), everything closes around 10PM. But you still can get ice cream and a cold beer at Gelatos upto mid-night. Then if you need wild animation Arbufeira and Portimao are within 15 min ride. (Uber cost only 12-15 euro to get backhome). Then the best part is the beach : right in front of the apartment. It is the best soft sand beach in the area and its temperature is above the coast's average. We LOVED this place.

Ricardo's flat in Faro exceeded my expectations and I will stay again when I return. Of the three flats I have experienced in Faro, Ricardo's stands out as the nicest, cleanest and overall best furnished and home-feeling for me. The flat is as described and looks even better in real life. There is bright easterly morning light, the unit is well-stocked (especially the cooking area), there are fans/AC if needed, and the furnishings are fantastic. The flat is easy to access from the airport and very walkable to everything - the harbor, the central area, supermarket, etc.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Kommunikation mit Peter war hervorragend, er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Garten, der viel Privatsphäre bietet, sowie der Pool, der perfekt zur Abkühlung einlädt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Der Aufenthalt war super. Wir sind mit Baby gereist und besonders die Dachterrasse war fürs gemütliche Frühstück und abendliche Sonnenuntergang schauen prima. Hätte nicht schöner sein können, danke!

Eva's place was the perfect place to call home in Lagos. It's in a quieter area of the city but still walkable to everywhere. She was very helpful with instructions and advice for our stay and had someone to greet us while she talked us through the place via video call. lots of attention to detail and a very nicely decorated place, but still practical. If you're a light sleeper, ear plugs for the seagulls would be a good idea, but that's the same for anywhere in Lagos. Was able to find parking each day too and instructions in guestbook were great for confirming parking spots. Highly recommend.

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!

The villa was nicely kept and furnished and they provided a baby crib and high chair no problem for us. Miguel was a pleasure to deal with on check in and check out. View of the beach and ocean is lovely in an evening
