The house is a lovely sweetheart (For me it is super important that it is comfortable but also tastefully furnished. Nicely decorated, it really makes you want to be in the living room reading, talking, It has a little patio in the back that is a lovely sweetheart, with a grill, with small details, everything makes the place a place where you want to be (it is not a place to sleep only and not be). Good sheets, good shower, reading lights in the beds, super comfortable and nice armchairs, nice dishes and everything you need. She is super friendly, helpful and cool (flexible with check-in and check-out times, flexible with everything). He left us a very nice welcome gift. Everything was great! Also, meters from the beach at Punta Montoya (which I love). A very satisfying experience!!!

Beautiful place, beautiful amenities but above all beautiful views! The indoor heated pool was a hit. To highlight that they have a garage and that made our stay more peaceful. The bed was very comfortable.

The apartment is located in a privileged place especially for those who like to walk on the boulevard and go out to dinner at the end. Outside of high season, you can park perfectly on the street. As other reviews say, on Saturdays there may be noise from people and music in the street, but the double glazing of the windows mitigates the issue quite well. The apartment is furnished with excellent taste and quality, on par with an excellent hotel, with the difference that the location in front of the port is exceptional. The balcony terrace is perfectly set and furnished to enjoy both breakfast and sunset wine with cheese. When I return to Punta del Este alone as a couple, it will always be my first option!

We were two couples who had on our own showers and bedrooms. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Quiet and private. Everyone was so very nice. I highly recommend it.

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

The dwelling is wonderful, very clean, complete and comfortable! And the landlord very attentive and concerned about our well-being, always made contact with us because we were late to arrive. The apartment is bigger and nicer than what you can see in the photos. The building had outdoor and indoor heated pools, a gym, a pool table, and a ping-pong table. There was a beach service with sun loungers and umbrellas. Everything was excellent
