Plenty of space with access to kitchen, washer/dryer (not shared with anyone else), spacious living room & dining area. You will have your own entrance. Near many attractions, 25 mins from JFK, & a quick train ride or drive to NYC and near the beach! All types of fast food and delicious restaurants nearby! Apt is in excellent condition, sanitized and clean in a great environment.

This first floor apartment in a private house and has everything needed for a stay in Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my other guests.
