KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy a comfortable retreat in a historic 1930s cabin overlooking a 350-acre private lake. This fully renovated farmhouse features its original beadboard. The historic touches, combined with all the modern amenities, make this the perfect destination for those seeking to enjoy a getaway into nature and fishing experience. Cozy 2 bedroom house centrally located

There is plenty of opportunity to relax and recharge at this cozy little home. Take it easy on the wooden swing on the spacious front porch. Or for more privacy, enjoy the out door dinning set on the back patio, under the canopy of trees and string lights. Inside, the simple, open, floor plan makes relaxing easy; the fully stocked kitchen, connects with the dinning and living room. Both bedrooms are just down the hall; each with a queen bed layered for comfort, to ensure the best nights rest.

A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

The surrounding areas in Jennings and Jasper offer kayaking, rafting, fishing, boating, horseback trails for your horses and hunting opportunities. Come enjoy the peace and quiet of the country life..

Suwannee River Paradise

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.
