Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι μαγευτική και βρίσκεται μόλις 2.0 χλμ από το κέντρο, περίπου 1 χλμ από την περιμετρική και 700 μ. από το νοσοκομείο Άγιος Ανδρέας. Α totally independent part of my apartment with his own entrance, is a beautiful, friendly place. The view from the apartment is magical and it's only 2 km from the center, 1 km from Round Road and only 700 m from the main hospital of the city.
