A beautiful country house made of stone in a fantastic location in the middle of nature, only 20 minutes from Palma. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

A very bright apartment located on the first floor, it has a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen open to the living room, all with windows to the outside. Parking is available for your car or bicycles. The apartment is located 200 meters from the sea, a wooded area, good restaurants and close to the beaches of Ciudad Jardín and El Peñón. Well connected to Palma (15 minutes by bus) airport and leisure area shopping center (FAN), with bus services every 10 minutes.
