The apartment is on the first floor and covers 80 sqm. It was completed at the end of 2024 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. In fact, for almost 60 years, there was an orthopedic shoemaker's workshop in the building, the stock of which was integrated into the furnishings. Our garden, the beach and the Werra Valley bike path ensure relaxing days.

The Haseltal cycle path passes right by the property. The outdoor swimming pool is about 300 meters away. The ski and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues, downhill with a lift and Schmiedefeld) can easily be reached in 20-30 minutes by car and also by public transport.

Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

In the rooms there are 2 beds each, in the Künstlerzimmer 1 possibility of extra bed, in the Magnatenzimmer further 2. In the house is otherwise only a small village museum. The apartment is spacious and cozy, the rooms are furnished with antiques, but have new beds. All floors are wooden. The apartment is ideal for family and friend meetings.
