Amazing location. Plus Canadian art and curated design. And a great view. Welcome to my little slice of heaven in the middle of Downtown Vancouver. Walk everywhere, from mouth-watering restaurants, to shopping and even the seawall a short walk away. We are also easy to get to from the airport - just a quick 10-minute walk from the skytrain. Your stay in Vancouver is the perfect place to relax and unwind before exploring the town. This is a chill space though - please, no parties or events.

Perfect Location! Near beach, Parking & quiet private suite and small garden. Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Everyone is welcome...simple...be respectful and be kind. Food from around the world minutes away...Best Trini restaurant in the lower mainland…Baby Dhal, Chong Qing Szechuan, Gojo Ethiopian, Naruto Sushi and morning pastries 100 metres away, more choices a few minutes farther. A grocery store beside the Sky Train.

This basement two-bedroom space is in a Kitsilano heritage home. It has a kitchenette only with sink, microwave, fridge and is close to many great restaurants, cafes and beaches. This is a no party space with a suite above. TV comes with basic cable and Netflix. It is very close to public transit, bike lanes, downtown and UBC. Free parking on street. This is a non-smoking property.
