Lovely clean apartment located a minutes walk from the main road of shops and restaurants. Great location! The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely shaded terrace. I would recommend!

We had the pleasure at staying at Constantia Cottages for 2 weeks. From the start Hans was so responsive to any of our requests. Communication throughout was great and nothing was too much trouble. Hans and Sabina are the nicest most helpful people you could ever wish to meet. The location is great with easy access to motorways and shopping centre's etc. The pool and garden is amazing and we enjoyed much time in the pool. I would highly recommend renting these apartments and we will definitely make use of them again when we next visit Cape Town. Thank you Hans and Sabina you guys aware amazing in what was a very difficult time for our family. Thank you. Darryl & Adri

I had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s place in Sea Point. She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, making the experience smooth and pleasant. The apartment was superb — clean, stylish, and perfectly located. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Imraan and Kim were very accomodating and made us feel very welcome during our stay. There was an issue with the building that made us have to move out earlier, and it is this episode that made it clear to me that Imraan and Kim were great accomodaters. They quickly paid for us to stay at a different place, and when the issue persisted, they gave us a partial refund and quickly refunded the rest of our nights. I think they responded very well to an unfortunate situation. I would recommend renting from Imraan and Kim.

Absolutely perfect. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay. The privacy is great — after passing through the shared garden, the cottage is completely separate from the main house, with a stone wall providing full seclusion. Can highly recommend.

The place was amazing! The area is safe and secluded and is a perfect oasis, while being close to everything Cape Town has to offer. The Services from Linda and Philip was amazing and the place was kept in pristine conditions all the time. The communication was also perfect. Would 10/10 recommend to everyone! Lisa was the most amazing host and her team was absolutely fantastic. Super responsive, always at hand to help. Thanks Vee for recommendations, help, check-ins and the responses to make sure that we had all we needed for a memorable experience. We had such a fantastic time in Cape Town and the property made it much more excellent. From the most fabulous views, with the property on the water, to the wonderful amenities, the property ticked all the boxes for luxury - 5 star hotel standard super clean (thanks to Irene, our excellent housekeeper), the gorgeous pool and outdoor area, where you can relax and enjoy the most amazing sunset. The property is nicely located, close to an array of fantastic restaurants, we were so spoilt for choice! Then the beautiful Camps Bay beach! Literally a 5 minute stroll from the property. Great stay, comfortable, safe and just breathtaking! Really wish I could give more stars because this gorgeous home is well worth it!!!

Second time at Sean's place and certainly not the last. I often travel to Cape Town for business and it's the perfect location to get a great rest after a packed day. The restaurant downstairs is a winner as well!

What a wondeful stay, wow, I'll definitely be back. Let's start with the actual flat, it matched the description perfectly, it had everything I needed and was very safe and secure (with secure parking for my car too). Side note; the bath had such hot water... which was definitely welcome (nothing worse than going on holiday only to realize the accommodation only has luke warm water). The view was to die for, looking straight out over the ocean with floor to ceiling windows... a perfect way to watch the sunset or even at night to see the city lights twinkling in the distance. Secondly, Rob and Paul were fantastic hosts. Check in and check out were very easy and they provided all the info I could need and some recommendations for local places too. They were quick to reply to any queries I had and they were kind enough to check in on me when I got injured. 10/10 would recommend this flat to anyone, and I really hope to be back soon.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It’s sleek, modern, and spotlessly clean, they have high-end finishes and thoughtful design choice. The cozy living area, comfy bed, well-planned bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen made for a perfect short stay. Amenities like air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a washing machine in the room, added extra convenience. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the Sea Point promenade with stunning ocean/mountain views, plus it’s super close to cafes, restaurants, and shops. It’s also well-placed for exploring my top picks, like the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, and surrounding attractions. The service was exceptional. Matt, the general manager, and his team were incredibly welcoming, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring everything went smoothly. Overall, Eighty2 on M offers a stylish, comfortable stay with excellent amenities and outstanding service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Cape Town!

Booked this place and I find it Dan very helpful, and the guidelines shared before arriving at the place are very clear. I had to extend for another night and it was a smooth process. I find the community very safe and I did walk from the house to the Sea Point. It was worth the money for the comfort I got and security. I just wish there is a separate guideline in the room on how to use the apple tv as I was left clueless. My fault, I didnt bother to message Dan for assistance. Overall, I am happy and if I am back in Cape Town, ill definitely stay in his place and definitely recommend it.

Fiona was extremely accommodating and the place looks even better than the photos. If you’re looking for a getaway that feels like you’re in a paradise then this is the place to be. Lots to do here and definitely worth the money

Truly a home away from home. If you want tranquility, space, peace this is the place you need to book. Family orientation with 2 doggies, a few birds, BBQ facilities, pool, ample parking space so close to everything without the heavy price tag Ill definitely be back on my next trip to SA Thank you for all the amazing hospitality, I really felt at 🏡 home😎🥰

I cannot thank Koos enough for a great stay. Apartment is exactly what it looks like and is situated in a fantastic neighbourhood. V and A waterfront is an easy 10 minute walk and is surrounded by grocery stores and fantastic restaurants. I stayed on my own and felt completely safe. The best thing about this stay was the communication from Koos. It was clear, concise and timely. He is a superb host and I would recommend his apartment to anyone. Thank you for being so wonderful

Our first stop in SA was in Houtbaai in Astrid's apartment. Great location and super cozy space overlooking the mountains. Very spacious filled apartment with everything you might need for your stay! The stay was one of it's kind. Priya communicated very well from start to finish. The rooms was clean and fell as if I was at home. Uber service was easy to achieve. This place is real a value for money. I will definitely be back.
