Great stay overall—cozy, clean, and private while still close to great food spots. The only issue was the master bedroom AC; it was too loud to sleep with, but turning it off made the room too hot since the central vent didn’t cool well. Still, a lovely place with a lot of charm. With a fix to the AC setup, this place would be even more perfect!

We always have a nice experience at this property. We have stayed here multiple times and it is our first choice when we visit the Waco area. The house is always clean and has everything we need and it is close to Waco area attractions. The host is always gracious and easy to contact if needed.

This is a small but very cozy home, the RV is super cool and very clean. But the best part is the location and the amount of space you have to just relax and look at the beautiful Brazos river flowing, lots of seating areas, grill to cook out, fire pit would be nice in cold weather. We where in Waco for work, but when off we felt like we where on vacation. I know exactly where we will stay when we are out again.
