Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Falls Church

Jack's place was a perfect place for our extended family to gather for our son's wedding in Arlington. The house was spacious with wonderful air conditioning for the hot weather that we had during the wedding weekend. The house was stocked with plentiful clean and fluffy towels, along with paper goods. The refrigerator had cold water, soft drinks and juice which were great to help with recovery from the heat! The finished basement was very peaceful and our daugher and her husband enjoyed the private bedroom and bathroom there during their short stay with us for the wedding. And, to top it all off, Jack had 2 bottles of wine (thank you!) and a large bowl of Hershey's chocolates to welcome us to the house! All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would certainly stay at Jack's Airbnb home if we come to the area again with a large family group.

The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There is a grocery store, drug store and Starbucks within walking distance. The house is very nicely updated and is extremely clean and comfortable. Jamie is very friendly and responsive.

This was, I believe, our 5th year staying at Kate’s. Always comfortable - always spotless! In fact, this is by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever booked. Kate is a very responsive host as well - super helpful with any questions we have ever had! We will continue staying here for our annual NIH visit as long as it is available to us! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Great location just a short walk from my relative’s home. Everything looked brand new. Soft linens, thick towels, snacks, water. Very nice touches throughout. We wish we had time to enjoy the peaceful garden. Esther was very prompt and helpful in her communications. I’d definitely stay here again on my next family visit.

This property was very well listed, it was very clean and exceeded expectations. Easy parking and the place feels safe and clean. The hosts are amazing and we are very thankful for their hospitality. 15/10 recommend.

The rooms were very large. The living area was very comfortable and well set up with furniture and large TV. The kitchen was huge and it was large enough so one person could be watching TV and the other could be sleeping in the bedroom with no noise. Since the location in the basement, we can hear the pipes with water running through. Could hear some sounds above, but not too much. The shower is a bit small and located in a closet, the kitchen has a hot plate which was helpful. The location was close to a bus route to a metro station on weekdays, however, it was a bit of a walk to restaurants and stores since I had no car when my wife took the car to work. Over all it was a great place to stay and the host was very helpful.

If you and your family are looking for a place that cozy and comfortable, then we highly recommend Martin and Jasmine's Cape Cod Home in Annandale, Virginia. We had a family of 10 that stayed for 7 nights and every one of us slept comfortably. The kitchen was well furnished with all the bells and whistles a family would desire from cooking spices and coffee. The cabinets where all labeled to as to where plates, coffee cups, kid’s plates were stored. Our grandkids enjoyed playing basketball which was also provided. Just about anything you needed was provided. When we return to the DC area, we will book our temporary home away from home with Martin and Jasmine.

Wonderful stay from start to finish! Viet Hung is a kind and experienced host who went above and beyond to accommodate us—he was incredibly flexible with our very early 1am check-in. The home was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos, thoughtfully set up, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook several meals, and the fantastic shower—perfect after a long flight. The location was ideal too, with beautiful nature trails nearby and plenty of shops just a short drive away. We also had the pleasure of meeting Viet Hung and his lovely kids, who were warm and welcoming. We’d absolutely love to stay again!

I stayed here while visiting a friend in DC, and the apartment itself was exactly my speed: comfortable, no-fuss, in a classic 1950s building, and a perfect view of the Capitol ( the balcony was perfect for morning-coffee contemplation). Everything was clean and as expected (ie: the WiFi and A/C saved my life). The free parking spot was also a major W against the hellscape of DC street parking. The host was genuinely the best. Every little question I had was answered kindly, which made the stay EASY. Also, having access to the gym was a nice touch (OK I mostly stared at the treadmill and called that cardio). Anyway, If you’re looking for something simple, well-located, with a direct window into DC, this is your spot. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The rental was as shown in the photos. Easily walkable and centrally located to great restaurants (Tatte across the street had delicious breakfasts and sandwiches) and the waterfront. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very close to Reagan Int'l Airport, so you will hear planes taking off.

Peter was exceptionally good at communicating and made sure that everything was perfect, and we had what we needed for our stay!! Thank you!

We loved staying here! Such a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk to and from the zoo so easily which was perfect for us. The driving distance to go sightsee in D.C. was not bad either and the street parking was very convenient. Chris was always reachable in case we had any questions. Definitely would rebook here again!

This place is truly a hidden gem. I have family in the area and loved the convenience of staying nearby but having space for my family. The host was responsive and easy to work with. My wife generally prefers hotels, but even she loved it!

I could not be more happy with my stay at Peter and Jason’s place. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and the neighborhood is great. They could not have been more gracious hosts. 5 stars and would definitely stay again!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

Celia was one of the most accommodating hosts that I have encountered. She allowed an early check-in and late checkout. She had apples, bananas and nuts for snacks in addition to coffee beans and even a couple of containers of milk, so I didn’t have to run out for coffee. The space is in a historic house in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It was quiet and there was a nice, private porch outback, which was a great spot for reading. The neighborhood itself is lovely with well maintained yards. A Metro station is about 1/2 mile away which allows easy access to all parts of DC. We were so happy with the accommodations, so I highly recommended Celia’s place.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was so well stocked with everything you might need- more like staying with a thoughtful friend than at an Airbnb. The area was convenient to the metro yet really quiet for sleeping (even with kiddos who go to bed around eight). The pocket park just a block away was a perfect space for our kids to play. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Occoquan and the Daisy. The location is great and within walking distance to eateries and shops. We enjoyed Grind and Crepe for most of our breakfasts as they open early. Nice shops. It was nice that parking was available. It was quiet outside. The only thing I would mention is that we did hear footsteps at night from whomever was upstairs. I would stay at the Daisy. again. We loved our stay.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
