House vacation rentals in Fajardo

This was the perfect house for our large group of 14! We had a great stay in Fajardo and the house was very close to many things to do and enjoy. Janira was truly a super host, from before booking to after check out. She made the process easy, stay comfortable and was extremely responsive. She had great suggestions and offered her assistance throughout with whatever we needed. The house was spacious, clean, and detailed. Pool was an added plus! I will definitely recommend or stay again in the future!

This location is an amazing choice to spend your vacation. You can rent any place but only a few of them can make you feel at home. The place is spacious, clean and welcoming. The host is very friendly, helpful and attentive. The neighborhood is also very safe.

Great value little place in great location. There was a problem with the water heating which Jessica resolved straight away. Excellent communication throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was quite noisy when we stayed but it was a bank hol weekend so might have something to do with it. Wifi was good, beds comfy, air con worked well. No problems finding the place and getting in. Thank you Jessica for sharing your house with us!

Very nice and homey stay. Rooms were quite spacious which was nice since we had little kids with us we were able to use their air mattress for additional sleeping area. Also loved that they had beach chairs a wagon even a stroller to use.

The place was spacious and clean! kitchen was well stocked with newer pots and pans. the power went out on the last night, at no fault of the owners, and they promptly reached out to offer assistance and let us know where to find battery powered fans and lanterns.

It felt a bit crowded for three people but overall it was a great place to stay.

My son and I really enjoyed staying at Christopher’s place. The two separate rooms (living room has a twin size bed) were key for us. Christopher was very kind and always easy to reach if we needed anything. Luquillo was a great central location for visiting the northeast areas and some our favorite restaurants close by.

Iris is an excellent host and above all guardian of a beautiful enclosure. We had the opportunity to spend a weekend with young people and the experience was very positive. The young people had the opportunity to participate in workshops, take care of household chores and above all enjoy the pool, billiards and hammocks. We saw how their bonds were strengthened by having diverse spaces to share. The rooms are ideal for large groups, they are well organized and clean. The kitchen is spacious and has the necessary utensils to make great dinners. Although the main road is close, you couldn't hear the sound of vehicles. The surroundings have enough greenery to dampen the noise and cool the nights. Communication with Iris was agile and she was attentive to our needs. It's been a great experience and we want to repeat it next year. Thank you.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Waking up to the Mountain View and a morning swim with the kids was just what we needed to start our days. The inside is exactly as pictured. It is a little small but if your plan is to be in the yard or out exploring it is more than enough space for a couple with small children. We would definitely come back!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

The house is small but cozy and modern. Has all the details to be comfortable. Great play room, has all kind of games. Also, having panel solar was a plus since the electricity went off a couple times. Good location. For us was above 5 stars compared to others houses we visit. I recommended.

Very clean and friendly neighborhood.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Hacienda Azucena is a true paradise with breathtaking views. The photos simply don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Our family had a wonderful time, and Carmen was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We did experience a brief power issue, but Carmen resolved it immediately. Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant, and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful location, comforts of home while being surrounded by beautiful rainforest wildlife. Just make sure you are mentally prepared for no AC and knowing that critters are everywhere in the rainforest and you will have a wonderful time.

I have to say that this air bnb has been such a pleasure to stay at. The pool and the outside area was definitely the highlight for me and my family. I go to Puerto Rico every year to celebrate my birthday and my family and I had so much fun in the outdoor area. The pool had lights for night time fun and was very clean and pristine. There was a lighted gazebo area for us to play dominoes and hang out at. The house was clean and smelled great! My mom fell in love with the little neighborhood kitty that came around to hang out with us. The neighborhood was quiet and felt super safe. There are so many close food spots. Please visit the Cafeteria Pimentel and El Verde in Rio Grande! Very enticing great food in both places. Honestly I could keep going on and on about this air bnb and the area.

Carlos was a great host, even when the air conditioners suddenly went out in the middle of the night, he came right over and tried to fix them and provided fans for our use.

The location was pretty central to everything of interest in the metro area. The country roads to access the place could be challenging to drivers not used to steep hills and narrow roads, but the amazing views are worth taking on the adventure. The set up is rustic, with plenty to do and enjoy as a retreat to just kick back, or as a home base after a day of exploring. José is quick to respond to any inquiries and has a very pleasant demeanor.

Communication was outstanding! I will say for anyone in the future to be aware this location has winding roads with many blind spots also, being that it is in the mountains that presents bugs and while I thought I prepared, we were out $120 in groceries because of them. The bugs made their way into everything, including the microwave but there are some drivable locations for food… it’s just a hassle being so far up the winding roads. Regardless, Roberto took the time to come spray, he was VERY friendly and his son as well was very accommodating. I would definitely book again, perfect spot for couples wanting a peaceful get away. This is a wonderful tiny house minutes away from the beach.

It was a great stay! The host was great with communication and very sweet! Great location and amenities with the rental! I do wish there were some basic cleaning supplies such as a broom, roll of trash bags, maybe even a swiffer mop, etc to keep tidy in between long stays like we had (8 days)! The hot tub and outdoor area is the highlight of the stay! I definitely recommend this place, very family friendly! 😊
