Divinia is by far the best host I have ever found. She is the model for all others, there really is no comparison, no one else even comes close. She also has a super efficient support team that instantly solves problems, satisfies requests, going above and beyond. She seems to be the most wonderfully competent, and professional, host in the much of the world.

The room was smaller than expected but somehow everything felt like home. It was cozy and incredibly clean. Washer was missing but it was fine. We stayed for 1 month and the place had everything we needed. Location is at the tail end of the complex so a bit of walking to the store and entrance. Overall it was a great experience and well worth the price. We cleaned up afterward to reflect the host’s excellent standard in cleanliness and organization.

We had a very pleasant stay and Kristel was so friendly and accommodating! The unit itself was beautiful and aesthetic, which made us really comfortable. The area was safe and had security guards everywhere. Location was perfect as it was right behind SM mall. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay and very much worth the price. The room as clean and cozy and had most of the things you'd need. The free parking as easy and accessible, it was a bit tight to maneuver so just don't bring an oversized car. Definitely would stay again!

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. I had a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s place. For budget travelers or those who would like to immerse in Manila living, this place would be ideal. It is clean, free of clutter, and is walkable to everything. Bear in mind there is no A/C, or fridge, but you probably won’t be able to find any apartment that is of a better value than this. It worked fine for me, especially with the peace of mind Jeremy has given me, always responsive, courteous, a problem solver—one of the best airbnb hosts If I’m in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome place for rest and relaxation. The host was incredible and very accomodating, the ammeneties are accurate from the listing, the location is quiet and peaceful, the caretaker attends to our concerns nicely. We stayed for 3D2N with Senior and Kids and we all had a great stay, the space will be enjoyed by all ages. Value for money, it actually exceeded our expectations. The place was cooled already and very clean when we arrived, ensuring that guests will get to relax the moment they enter. Great for all setup (Family / Friends). Every corner/space in the house offers a way to relax, from cozy beds, fully equipped kitchen, pool area with projector, massage chair, and more.

Great place to have an intimate and chill place to hangout on a rooftop within the Metro. The jacuzzi was spot on and the staff attending to our needs is very helpful and polite. The utensils included needs upgrading such as the spoon and forks, and some grill items are missing (tongs and scissors). Overall, a fantastic place to stay and have fun! Definitely will recommend! A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
