The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

My humble home is an 10 minute drive to Syracuse university, upstate hospital, VA med center, the 240 bus stop is 13 minutes walking with about 40 minutes to the university by bus. Wegmans grocery store is an 11 min drive and the airport is 16 mins away driving. A short trip from many things to do and places to grab a bite! It was relatively easy to find parking. The apartment got all the essentials I needed for my stay. The doors and stairs could get quite noisy but fortunately there’s ear plugs provided. This place feels more like an old house rather than a renovated airbnb property I had stayed elsewhere. Seems like there is some unfinished project in the bathroom but it was totally functional. Nicole was a very responsive host.

A basement entertainment area is equipped with a themed football carpet featuring a realistic football graphic. A basketball shooting game stands against the wall, accompanied by colorful basketballs. Artwork depicting football players enhances the sports atmosphere in the space.

Would love to visit again. Such a tidy, comfortable and nice smelling stay.

Michael's place was exactly as described! It was a perfect spot for my husband and I, when visiting family in Camillus/Syracuse for a few days. Small, quaint, and clean. Only note is that the complex is located right on a major highway, so you need to be okay with trucks, noises, etc. Be careful when turning in and out of driveway, as it is kind of hard to see/hidden.

The spacious bathroom features a glass block shower area and a tiled walk-in space. A cozy sitting area can be seen beyond a curtain, providing a seamless flow between the bathroom and the adjoining living space.
