Great place to stay for a wedding we had near the Airbnb!! The lake was very beautiful. All of the amenities listed were available and the house was nicely updated. Would stay again if we were in the area!!

Peaceful. A true lake house. Those looking for upscale fine living need not apply, this place isn’t that. It is however a great place for a family getaway and calm. I loved it

Lovely home. Dock for fishing. Nice yard. House was clean and easy to find/get into. Lots of utensils, towels, products etc. enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful, lovely views of the lake. Literally 2 mins from the state park.

Had a great weekend. Enjoyed the lake views and fire pit. The dogs had fun and enjoyed the space. It was nice to have the "man cave" and extra bathroom. Hope to visit this property in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was as described. Make sure you bring your own towels; but you are at the river, you should do that anyway! Closest boat landings are Taylors Creek or Wateree Creek (literally 5 minutes away if that) so the location is great for water play. The Retreat is a good local food option, & 8 miles by car. Perfect place for a quick wateree get away.

I booked this stay for one night after being in a wedding, just to avoid the hour-long drive home—and I’m so glad I did! The space was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to the lake view was the perfect way to start the day. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the dock in the morning and soaking in the peaceful scenery. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy getaway. I’d definitely love to come back!

Loved our stay! Plenty of room for 4 families (cousins that grew up together!) and our kids. The older kids loved the game room with pool and ping pong, & the kayaks & paddleboards. Nice to have life jackets for our use! The younger kids loved playing in huge grassy yard, hammock swinging, kayaking, and building forts in the "kids" TV room (w/ foosball table and three twin beds). There was so much space inside and outside to hang out with our large family. Many places to sit, and floor space for two babies to roam. Kitchen was well stocked with most things you should need. Beautiful setting, and the adults loved sitting on the screened porches, chairs by the fire pit and admiring the peaceful lake and sunsets. Well stocked with towels, and some beach towels too. Owner was easy to communicate with and flexible on check-in and check-out times, which was appreciated with the chaos of herding kids! There are a LOT of stairs, which wasn't an issue for us, but something to note.

Tricia’s place was everything as described and more! Being right on the water with a dock for the boat we rented was amazing! The floor to ceiling windows looking at the water from the kitchen and especially the master bedroom were one of the highlights of the house. The floor plan and the updated home were perfect. I must say one of the highlight for us was how well Tricia’s home and kitchen were stocked with everything you need for a stay at the lake, and I mean everything. I don’t believe there was anything she hadn’t thought of! And a major added bonus was also SHARP KNIVES in the kitchen! We have stayed in AirBnB’s/VRBO a lot over the years and dull knives are always an issue so Tricia’s place having sharp knives was one of the best features of her place that you won’t see in the advertisement! She was also an amazing responsive host! 10/10!

The home is beautiful and the yard backs up right to a wonderfull view of the lake. The property is large enough for various activities. He has kayaks available for your use. We had a wonderful time there and would certainly stay there again.
