Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fairbanks North Star Borough

We had a wonderful stay at Danielle's place. It was a perfect location for walking to Pioneer Park and downtown. Danielle was super helpful answering questions and making great recommendations. She also has a book loaded with great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The coffee and snacks in the kitchen were an added treat, and her bath towels were SO sift! Danielle's place is where you want to stay when visiting Fairbanks! Thank you, Danielle for a wonderful stay.

The place was in a beautiful location and everything you need is about a 10min drive away from the place. The host was very quick to responding. The bedding was comfortable and the place providing everything that you needed. Extra bedding, bathroom and kitchen utensils. 10/10 would recommend to others!

Stayed here March 2025 with my parents and Anna’s place was the perfect location for our needs! It was easy to get to, close to town but also far away enough to see the northern lights right from the driveway! Saw them almost every night of our stay with one strong show that was truly magnificent. Anna’s hospitality was also on point. After a long day of travel, arrived to find snacks waiting and other super nice amenities that added just that extra touch. And her response time to messages was superb. I do want to mention though, the faucet water smelled and tasted a bit like metal. It wasn’t discolored or anything so felt safe enough and I also read somewhere that that is a common issue in that area. We just bought some jugs of water from the store around the corner for drinking which was no big deal. Would definitely stay at this location again-especially when trying to comfortably chase the auroras! :)

Great location, very walkable. Sheri was quick to respond when I reached out, and every got me in ahead of check-in on short notice. The place was well stocked with delicious coffee and a few streaming services, and the internet was fast. The only downside was that you could definitely hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and talking. Luckily they were quite respectful and light treading while I was there, but if they were less considerate, I could see this being a problem. The place was super clean, well furnished, and generally homey. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Laura was very friendly and offered to help with bags she’s super nice and WELCOMING and made sure we were safe with the cold temperatures loved the place it was a perfect little getaway space perfect for a couple of just one ! She even had oil and spices for cooking and other complementary things as well I had an amazing time !

Kyle’s Airbnb was perfect. If you left something back home, he probably has it here for you, even sleeping masks to block out the midnight sun, thank you Kyle, this was probably the best Airbnb Ive resided at over the last few years!

This place more than exceeded our expectations everything was very thoughtful! Full kitchen with all the amenities made cooking a breeze! The dishwasher made quick work of the dishes after. The washer and dryer is such a plus! The bathroom heated floors! The hot tub very clean and well maintained and the view so peaceful! The book with helpful resources and local recommendations was such a lovely touch! This could easily sleep 6 people and with it just being the two of us we felt like royalty staying here! Don’t miss out on this location memories made here will last a lifetime!

Definitely one of the most well appointed AirBnB we have ever stayed at. Clean place and peaceful setting. Responsive host and friendly cats, zero complaints. 100% would stay again. 10-15 mins from most places you would go in town and next to the trail system.

Mark's place is surrounded by beautiful nature, and it is not disturbed by the lights from Fairbanks, so it is ideal for watching the aurora, which was the goal of our visit. We were happy to witness the aurora caused by large solar storm. The house is well insulated, so we were warm even when it was deep frost outside.

We loved our stay here! We were able to walk to coffee shops and parks during our stay. It was very inviting and a lovely space. Would definitely book again!

We planned a little get away with our adult kids and it was just what we needed. The fire pit and pool table were a hit. We cooked and played games around the table and enjoyed time in the sun room. The house in the wooded setting was exactly what I envisioned.

Excellent location to relax after a long day of exploring Alaska! The views are breathtaking and an extraordinary way to start and end your day. My morning coffee isn’t the same without the view of the river and mountains! The short drive to town makes it convenient for shopping or enjoying all that Fairbanks has to offer including Lulu’s bread and bagels, museum of the north, and the Tanana Valley Farmers market. We also enjoyed being able to use the gas grill and having two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The open living space surrounded by windows allowed us to enjoy the view from almost anywhere, while the longer Alaskan days helped increase the viewing time. Excellent home, great location, astounding views, hope to return!!!

We really loved staying at Nicole's Chalet - it was even cuter in person than in the photos! The living room is very cozy with comfortable couches. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with beautiful linens. There were two bathrooms, which was more than enough for our family of four. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to find everything we needed. It happened to be hot while we were there, and happily, there is a little air conditioner in the living room that we turned on once a day for just about an hour, and that was enough to keep the place quite comfortable. A few special things about Nicole's place: We loved all the art work! It is clear that Nicole loves this place and she has put her heart into it. Lots of fun details like artsy light switch plates, fun colors everywhere, and the framed art on the walls. And the original woodwork throughout really adds to the charm. Nicole is friendly and a great communicator. I hope we can stay there for our next visit! Thanks Nicole!

Jason’s place is perfect for a family-quite and so clean and open. They had children’s books, and puzzles, lots of information for area-even though I’m from Fairbanks (54 years) Jason’s home is welcoming. Lots of little touches and relaxing home. Would rent again in a heart beat. Jason was so easy to reach as well-

What a treat! While other hosts are cutting corners, these hosts have put in the effort to elevate this space. The beds were all great quality with three out of five guests independently commenting on how incredibly comfortable they were. The tree view is also incredible!

We had such a great stay. We travel a lot for hockey trips and have lots of kids. It is very hard to find a nice place our kids can play at. They had games outside, trails to walk behind the house and a nice little fire pit. We were able to have cousins over and play basketball, have a fire and enjoy each other’s company. This is a wonderful place to stay!

One of the best air bnb’s I have stayed at! Rebekah was wonderful and thinks of everything a guest would need :) Highly recommend!

I really loved staying here, and I’ve stayed at lots of places as I’m a frequent visitor to Fairbanks. The apartment is super quiet and clean. I would definitely stay again(I was there in June) and am particularly interested in seeing what a winter stay would look like. The place has radiant floor heating and would be so comfortable and warm when the weather outside is freezing.
