The accommodation is located by the forest in Årøysund, close to great hiking areas, and a five minute walk to several great swimming areas. Several marinas nearby provide access to idyllic archipelago. Walking distance to playgrounds, ball court, and alpine slope in winter. About 12 km to Tønsberg.

A lovely sleeping home, a sofa nook to curl up in, fire in the oven if you want. The building is newly renovated. Here you are to yourself and come here via a lovely little path from where you can park. Perfect for vacation or as a writing room - all year long.

Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment in a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the down side and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal path Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and chaise lounge ( suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and sunny.

It has spacious entrance hall, combined kitchen and living room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms (3 beds: 2 x 150cm and a 120cm) and laundry room. The apartment is located right by the bus stop with 10 min. bus ride to Tønsberg. It is also close to the sea and with a short distance to nice bathing spots both on Nøtterøy and Tjøme and many great excursion opportunities, sailing trip, golf, guiding for bikers or kayakers, or trips on foot.

An outdoor patio area features a seating arrangement with wicker chairs and a cozy couch, adorned with green cushions. A textured area rug lies underneath, complemented by a straw umbrella providing shade. Lush greenery and ornamental plants can be seen around, enhancing the tranquil setting.

The house is located in an attractive residential area. Great view towards Tønsberg, Nesbryggen/Foynland strait as well as the Oslo fjord. Spacious patio of 2 acres plot. Sun from morning to night. Outdoor parking for up to 4 cars. Short way to the bus and grocery store. A great starting point for exploring nice beaches as well as the wonderful archipelago around Nøtterøy and Tjøme. 5 km into Tønsberg city centre. Sports space, golf course, etc. in the immediate vicinity. A good space for summer!

Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and one year old son! Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, Tønsberg Brygge and several play parks. Great communication with Joakim, everything was as described in the listing and had a very easy check in/check out process.

Anja was very flexible when we arrived a large group that needed a night in Tønsberg. Plenty of room to many to cook, eat and play games and the girls were very impressed with the view from the harbor right below. Great communication throughout. Nice house! Thank you for us!

We had an amazing stay at Benedikte's house, we immediately felt at home. Well equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and cozy living room, we didn't miss anything. Large terrace with many seating areas and garden where we got to play both football and croquet. One evening, one fallow deer came through the garden and the fox occasionally heard in the evening. Big plus for 2 toilets, we were 6 people. Good beds, decent sizes in the bedrooms, clean and tidy! Very easy, nice and clear communication with the host. Recommended !

Cheerful house in scenic surroundings

If you are looking for a cozy and quiet house with beautiful garden, you are in the right place. Oslo is easily accessible, we liked the Leavers Enden and you can walk extensively near. Cat Phoebe is absolutely a bonus! She really made this house a home for us.

Thomas is friendly and welcoming, responds quickly to inquiries, and helps you with recommendations and practical things. The small house is undisturbed in an enclosed garden – you hardly hear the few cars passing by. The house has a lot of new and useful equipment. The bedroom has a good 1.80 mattress, fresh air and light shielding. This is a nice place if you want to chill in the garden or go for walks on Hvasser.

A wooden dock extends into the calm blue waters, flanked by a small set of steps leading down to the water. A buoy floats nearby under a clear blue sky, while lush greenery outlines the distant shoreline.

We were two families in Fagersandveien 3 for 5 nights. Swimming and crabbing from the pier. Small beach and shop in walking distance. Boat trip to the bolars. Bike ride to Tønsberg and Ringhusstranda. Nice runs. As you can see from the photos, the house is new and very cool, here all aesthetic and practical details are thought out and done. If you miss something here, you are picky Reportage 😉 in the magazine Bonytt (standing on the shelf in the kitchen) describes the details better than me. In a week you can have your morning coffee in a new delicious seating area every day if you want. It is generous with table linens, dry goods, towels, toys(!) and everything else that makes the holiday easy and straightforward. Recommended 👍
