The house is right in the centre of town, literally a stone's throw from all the best bars and restaurants in Vejer. All the bedrooms are a good size and there are huge open living spaces and "to-die-for views". It's light and airy and has good quality beds. The house works well for couples, families, big groups, and pets, although families should be aware that Spanish nightlife is late and can be noisy! This is an excellent location for seeing spectacular sunsets.

It has a fabulous porch for entertaining or relaxation, a garden, a hammock area & outdoor shower and backyard with BBQ and plunge pool, all in privacy. We have designated workstations for remote work and study.

A very nice and spacious town house in a gated community with a beautiful swimming pool. Ideal for a nice family holiday! The house is located 750meters from the beach and has a supermarket, shops and many restaurants on walking distance. Marbella and Estepona are 14 minutes by car. Plenty of Padel, tennis and Golf courses in the neighborhood. The beautiful house which was completely renovated (including air conditioning) is located on a gated urbanization with its own tennis court!

A spacious terrace is featured, equipped with two loungers and a small table. Glassware and a bottle of wine sit on the table, inviting relaxation. The backdrop showcases panoramic views of the sea, framed by palm trees and a clear blue sky.
