Although we did not meet Sébastien, he was very responsive in answering the questions we asked by message. The accommodation, which has a lot of charm, is very pleasant, quiet and well-equipped. Very good mention to the bedding which is of very good quality. We will definitely call on Sébastien during our next stay in Lille

This place is amazing! such a beautiful location. We had a lovely time for our 4 days. The house is great, very tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. The pool was an excellent addition but unfortunately the weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time, playing boules, walking the vast grounds and enjoying the peace. We hope to visit again.

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

the exchanges with Audrey were very pleasant, clear and efficient. the house is more than charming, clean, spacious, very well-equipped, extremely pleasant, well laid out and above all, it smells good🥰🥰🥰. Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

What a wonderful stay at Tiny Kot. Lakeside, alpaca and emu roaming around. Hot tub was very welcome on our muscles as we were cycle touring Belgium. Wonderful host Olivier who really made us feel welcome. Tiny Kot has everything you need. Would love to return :)

Very good family stay, the house is very nice, the services offered are of quality and the house is very well equipped for everyday life, which makes you feel really good in the house. Young and old were able to enjoy and enjoy the amenities!! Host is very responsive and available. We highly recommend this home and will come back to it during our next stay.

The accommodation is as described. It is very well-equipped to be able to stay there in a pleasant way. It is rather well located, being 10 min drive to Lille center. Pauline gave us a nice welcome and was rather responsive to every question. I recommend her accommodation if you come to Lille.

This accommodation is a gem for visiting Lille in peace on foot, close to the citadel to relax and leave the car. In the heart of old Lille, lively but very quiet. A stone's throw away from typical restaurants (estaminets) and very nice The hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

It is a bright and well-equipped and quiet accommodation. Close to good shops and close to the tram in front of a park. Gauthier is very responsive, and his apartment is very clean.

first chosen for its proximity to the Pierre Mauroy stadium, then turned out to be a very nice base for visiting the north and Belgium. Clean and very well-equipped studio.

We spent 5 days in the apartment, it is very convenient and comfortable for living with a child. The hostess is very hospitable and was always in touch, allowed us to stay a little longer due to the late check-out. Everything we needed was in the apartment, we were satisfied:)

Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful get-away. We were very lucky to stay there while the bluebell flowers were in bloom throughout the entire forest. Pure magic! 🙏
