House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

Less than 10 minutes' drive away, you will reach Lesquin airport, the city of Lille, the Pierre Mauroy stadium as well as the many large stores (Cora, Auchan, Leclercq...). A bus stop is 100 m away and will take you to Lille, Villeneuve d'Ascq...). Towels and sheets are provided. Parking is easy and free in front of the studio.
