In the eastern part of town is my beautiful house - close to everything. Located on a quiet road and within a 10-minute walk to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is stylishly and spartanly decorated. There are 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 guests. The house has a sheltered courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bicycle for free use.

We rent out our small townhouse (about 60 sqm), centrally located, in the middle of Funen. The house is rented to 4 people. From the house, it is a 10-minute walk to the station, 10 minutes to the swimming pool/leisure center with fitness, etc., 2 minutes to Netto and 5 minutes to the city, where there is a movie theater, cafe, restaurant, several grocery stores, Matas, library, etc. The house is located 5 minutes from the highway network, where it only takes 20 minutes to Odense, Svendborg and Nyborg.

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

Atmospheric and very charming older 1/2 townhouse in the most authentic part of Svendborg with 3 (4) rooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. 200 meters from the city center and 100 meters from the water. Plenty of room for 2 adults with 2 or 3 children (or 4 adults). Access to large garden and cozy courtyard. Note: You must bring your own bed linen, sheets and towels. P.S. There are some deviations in decor with photos of children's rooms. Beds provided voices.

The house has its own parking space and garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and hammock only available to the guests of the house. Cleaning is included in the price. Of course, you clean up after yourself, take out the trash and vacuum. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.
