There are lovely views from the living room and terrace over the meadow area and look to the water. The house is bright and lovely, featuring a kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with a double box mattress (160 x 200), a narrow staircase up to a loft with a double mattress, and a small room with 2 beds (80 x 190) for children. Lovely terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Newly renovated, idyllic guest house in beautiful and rural surroundings. A modern and private 85 m² home with a private entrance, centrally located for the Funen attractions. The home is located 20 minutes from Odense (3rd largest city in Denmark) in the middle of the beautiful, quiet Funen countryside. The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Write a message when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

Do you want peace and quiet, a sea view and a lovely cottage? Well-maintained cottage in scenic surroundings with a unique panoramic view of the sea as well as hilly terrain, fields, and forest. A short distance away is the cozy little village of Faldsled with a marina. There is a short distance to shopping facilities in both Fåborg and Horne. Fåborg, with many shopping opportunities and a harbor with departures to the many South Funen islands, is only 5 km away. Please note that I do not use pesticides on my property. So weeds will be present.

Forest, beach and good hills

Sanctuary of 96 m2, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as a neighbor. In the garden, there is a small, cozy fire pit and a shelter with 3–4 sleeping places. We are located close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Havn, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very well suited for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing, and cycling. The archipelago trail starts at Falsled Harbour.

(Ingen skjulte rengøringsgebyrer). Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Modern small home in Svendborg city

Bright and spacious annex - even if it is only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably undisturbed. Note: There's hot water here, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.
