The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

The house was really great! The location was perfect – just minutes away from the subway, ferry and public transport. Getting everywhere was incredibly easy. Mosques, historical sites and must-see spots were within walking distance. The house was very clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. It felt like home. Everything was thought of; the kitchen had all the necessary supplies, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful. It was really nice to sit by the sea every evening, enjoying the view and the calm. This made the stay very special. The host was also very kind and helpful. He responded quickly to all our questions and we felt very safe. Thank you so much for everything. I would definitely like to come again and recommend it with peace of mind!🫶🏽

As mentioned, the stairs were a little tiring. But I can't say it was too much. Other than that, the accommodation was very good. It has two wonderful views in the morning and evening. It was a house with many places to go for fun in the evenings and a perfect location for a walk by the sea. The host was quick to respond to our questions and helpful. If I were to stay in Istanbul again, it would be my first choice. I highly recommend it

Barbaros was a superhost in many regards. He met us on our first evening and we had dinner at the restaurant that he owns, just across the street from the apartment. He showed us where to go in Istanbul and called a Hamam for me to get the price. I was even able to visit his wife - a Dentist - the next day to look at a tooth ache I had. Barbaros and his staff were extremely kind and quick to respond to any question we had. The apartment is located next to a busy road, so you hear some traffic and honking at times. We got used to it. The internet is fast and we did several video calls for work from the apartment. I recommend staying here so you can experience warm Turkish hospitality.

Great old-school 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor - no fuss, but just what you need. Feels like being at your grandma's vacation home. Really central, 2 minutes walking from the port and the restaurants. We loved our stay on the island. Bring earplugs tho, the seagulls and crows can get really loud at night on the surrounding roofs, and the windows are all single-pan - so zero sound insulation.

Communication with the host was easy. I always got a quick response. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was very close to Istiklal street. Ideal location for sightseeing.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

It was our first time in Istanbul and we absolutely loved it. This apartment's view of the Bosphorus bridge and sea is just breathtaking and brings the city into the apartment. It's also really close to the bus stops so getting to the rest of the city is really easy. A five minute walk will take you to the sea front in Ortakoy with many restaurants, shops, markets and beautiful views. The amenities are great, everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook at home. Air con in the rooms was also handy for the hotter days. We had a few queries and questions during our stay and Berk was really responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!
