A 10-minute walk away you will find the Bordeaux-Lacanau bike path, Parc Majolan, Pinsan, as well as nearby shops.

My accommodation: 34 m2 clean and maintained (1 bedroom, 1 living room/kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower), very close to the CHU and the St. Augustine Clinic, not accessible for people with reduced mobility in wheelchairs. The train station is 40 minutes away by public transport and the city center is 30 minutes away (tram station is a 15-minute walk). Parking is free in the neighborhood, contrary to what the markings on the ground indicate.
