Property consists of our house, four rental cottages, swimming pool (guaranteed opening from early June to mid-September) to share with other tenants, on 5000 m2 of land. Ideally located 3 km from Golf du Château les Merles and 25 km from Golf des Vigiers. You will also be 15 minutes from Bergerac, Issigeac. 30 minutes from Monpazier, Eymet. 1 hr from Sarlat. My cat and the neighbor's cats walk around in the garden.
