Come explore the Historic Wykoff Jail Haus. The Jail Haus was built the late 1800’s and is owned by the city of Wykoff. Bike trails, trout fishing, Forestville State park, and cave exploration. There is kayaking and tubing 10 minutes away. Open over the winter months for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hunting and other winter activities. Playgrounds, restaurants, convenience / gas station all within walking distance. Located 40 miles south of Rochester in a town of 450 people.

This is a quiet main floor apartment (491 sq. ft.) in a 4-plex located 1 mile from Mayo. It has a all of the cooking necessities needed to make your own meals. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. This unit is in an older house with radiator heat and a big front porch. The floors are squeaky in a few places. Since it is a 4plex you will hear some sounds from other guests but it is generally quiet. There is parking behind the house and a washer and dryer in the basement available to guests.

The home backs up to a park with both trails and playground equipment. There is on and off street parking and from Nov 15 - March 15 includes 1 garage space. Fully furnished home with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. Main floor bathroom has a seated shower with handheld. I will provide a Mayo Clinic parking pass upon request.

A lower-level unit in an older home, plenty of windows and light, and includes a gorgeous bedroom with a fireplace, a full kitchen, a reading room, and a clean, updated bathroom. This home is also close to the Apache mall, the Canadian Honker and other local restaurants, coffee shops, and the walking/biking trail system. There is also Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking on-site.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was so cute and perfect for our family. My kids especially loved the playroom, toys, and crayons/coloring books. Nicely stocked and very clean! Would definitely recommend!

I believe Cat has one of the most affordable prices in Rochester. Cat greeted me at the door, was super kind, and anytime I texted, she responded within 30 minutes if not sooner. Cat's location is conveniently less than 15 minutes away from Mayo Clinic as well! The place was identical to what was pictured, and I was very satisfied with Cat's hospitality. I will make note that the bed in the bedroom is firm, so for my preference I do prefer softer beds.

She has everything laid out clearly for her guests and it felt very comfortable and relaxing. Dinalynn is someone that goes beyond being a host, she brings her own personality and warmth with each interaction. She keeps her home tidy and was very responsive. Would stay again. 😊

Beverly’s place was an absolute gem! It was unlike anywhere I have ever stayed! She and Rj were both awesome hosts and very helpful. They helped with recommendations and were great at communicating. Beverly and I got to visit for a while, (which was wonderful!) - and I even got to hold a farm fresh egg for the first time. She also showed me a few super cool things inside of her home! Her place is super beautiful, peaceful and just magical. Would definitely recommend! ❤️

Cory's place worked great for a quick trip in for a Mayo appointment. It was very clean and comfortable with food options close by. I would definitely stay again.
