Ces petits trains régionaux s'arrêtent 10 fois par jour et ne circulent pas pendant la nuit. Ce petit habitat a été entièrement rénové avec des matériaux de récupération. Les murs en pierre sont d'origines et donc restauré au mortier de ciment et de chaux.

De verhuur ging via Belvilla, dus niet rechtstreeks via de host, wat we niet verwachtten. De omschrijving klopt helemaal, maar ik zou adverteren met een Airbnb in een oude school. Want dat is het en dat is bijzonder! Hoge plafonds en hele ruime kamers. Sfeervol ingericht. De gastheer en -vrouw zijn Nederlands en heel aardig. Je hebt een fijne plek onder een afdak om te zitten en achter het huis kun je ‘s avonds naar de zonsondergang en daarna naar een enorme sterrenhemel kijken. Het is een mooie omgeving. Limoges en Lac de Vassivière zijn niet ver weg. Eymoutiers is een mooi plaatsje, maar wel veel winkels zijn verdwenen. Het beviel ons goed in de oude school. Heerlijk rustig, alhoewel je de weg wel hoort als je buiten zit. Een plek om terug te komen!

Un grand merci à Maryvonne et à son mari pour leur accueil agréable et chaleureux. La petite maison est fidèle à la description faite. Elle est très bien équipée malgré l’absence d’un espace cuisine (Le four micro-ondes et le réfrigérateur permettent tout de même d’assurer des repas sur place). Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse avec vue sur un grand jardin entouré de magnifiques arbres. L’endroit est très calme et reposant, nos hôtes ont été très discrets. Endroit idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer en campagne à l’abris de toutes nuisances sonores.

Excellent week-end, dans un logement typique et bien équipé en pleine campagne. Calme assuré. Toute la famille a apprécié le séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques, nous nous somme sentis à l’aise dès le début. Nous reviendrons.
