The apartment is bright and located 10 min walk from Eymoutiers-Vassivière SNCF train station, 15 min drive from Lake Vassivière and 45 min from Limoges.

De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Bienvenue à Eymoutiers ! Ce logement neuf et indépendant, accolé à notre maison, offre une entrée privée, un salon chaleureux avec canapé convertible, une cuisine toute équipée, une chambre avec deux lits simples, une salle de bain et des WC séparés. Bien que situé côté rue, le double vitrage assure le calme, et la chambre donne sur un bois paisible descendant jusqu’à la Vienne. Un vrai petit havre de paix pour se ressourcer à deux ou en famille.

La Suite 1925 : SPA privatif, Ciné géant, Terrasse

Détendez-vous dans un SPA haut de gamme 5 places face à un écran géant, pour profiter d'un film confortablement installé dans l'eau. La Suite 1925 propose également un bar Rétro Chic décoré d'objets chinés du début du XXᵉ siècle et une terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la nature. En été, le SPA se transforme en PISCINE INTÉRIEURE chauffée à 33 °C, un espace idéal pour profiter de l'eau à l'abri du soleil et des fortes chaleurs.

Lampisterie de gare

Vous dormirez dans l'ancienne lampisterie de la gare de Pérols sur Vézère. Vous aurez une vue sur notre jardin, les moutons certainement, les poules ainsi que les rails. Ces petits trains régionaux s'arrêtent 10 fois par jour et ne circulent pas pendant la nuit. Ce petit habitat a été entièrement rénové avec des matériaux de récupération. Les murs en pierre sont d'origines et donc restauré au mortier de ciment et de chaux.

The cottage is located in the heart of a beautiful 4800 m² fenced park, offering a real immersion in nature. Our 110m² chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
