Cosy cottage not far from charming medieval village of Eymet, where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The village market is on every Thursday and nocturnal ones on tuesday during the summer time. The house has 3 large bedrooms one of which is on ground floor with private terrace. A large lounge with wood burner and a fully equipped kitchen. A brand new swimming pool awaits new visitors. Lots of places to visit so come and enjoy our surroundings and rich terroir.

The stone house, separated into 2 parts, hosts the best pizzeria in Eymet in front and on the side, a hidden entrance reveals a charming inner courtyard with a relaxing pool, garden table, BBQ. Also, in a dedicated room, treadmill and rowing machine. Upstairs, a bright living room, dining room and open kitchen. Two en-suite bedrooms and a bunk bed cabin in the hallway. 2 toilets and a laundry room.

Welcome to your private ivy-covered house in the beautiful countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne. Enjoy the greenery on our land and your private patio and garden. The house has a fireplace, high-speed wifi and a washing machine for your laundry. On request, we offer a fully plant-based breakfast and private Prenatal Yoga or Hatha Yoga (max 2 people) 60min for 45€ (please request ahead of time) No smoking is allowed on the property. We can add a bed for 1 or 2 kids (contact us).
