52 m2 duplex house at the foot of the Alpilles in a secure residence with 100 m2 garden not overlooked, the residence's swimming pool is 50 m away. Facing south, its terrace under the pergola and by the olive tree promises very pleasant moments. The house, air-conditioned, includes a separate bedroom with a 140 bed, a fully-equipped living room/kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.), linens, a bathroom and a 140 bed on the mezzanine. Its veranda is a reading or TV space.
