We have kayaks and a paddle board for your use from our private beach. Snorkeling just off shore. Hammock and a tree swing. We provide beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs. You just add the beer!

The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store.
