In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The wellness area with sauna and cold plunge pool can be booked optionally. A separate entrance, parking space and private terrace provide peace, privacy and comfort. A large box spring bed (200 × 220 cm), a corner sofa with sleeping function (2 × 90 × 200 cm), massage chair and 75” TV with streaming services offer additional comfort.

Historically, two underground passages led from the house under the former city wall to St. Mary's Church. Single room in Hameln with everything you need

Small, cozy bedroom with a single bed and bathroom. Exclusive kitchen available, as well as shared use of laundry room and private terrace. Parking in the courtyard, to the right of the house. 3 km from the old town. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, hardware store and other shopping facilities are within walking distance. It is a suite in a single-family home (bungalow) where our family lives. Please note: We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to greet our guests.

Welcome to La Vista - a modern 65 m² apartment with fantastic views and a quiet location. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible without steps. Consisting of a living room, bedroom, hallway, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and terrace. You can share the garden, the wooden deck by the pond and the studio. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the living room has a small wood-burning stove.
