In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. Kalyves is a small, cozy place where Greek traditions are still maintained and where everything is offered for a wonderful holiday experience. A Super Market is located 200 meters away, where you can find everything you need. In the area you can find lots of restaurants, taverns and café but also spend your day at the crystal beach nearby (150m away).

Our house is located in the heart of the Apokronas region, between the foothills of the White Mountains and the crystal clear waters of Souda Bay (20 min). In the middle of olive trees and vineyards, it is an old Kafénio renovated by a local Greek architect. It offers the charm of Greek tradition and all modern comforts. The garden is built on 3 south-facing terraces. In Samonas there is a famous tavern. In Stylos (10 min by car) shops, taverns, minimarkets.
