The Coach House is a cosy attic retreat above the old stables. Up the slate steps and through the traditional wooden door to find exposed oak beams, a king-size bed, kitchenette, dining area and shower room. The perfect base for a peaceful stay before exploring Exmoor and the beautiful North Devon coast. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Welcome to The Barn - a stunning conversion of our historic dairy barn. Featuring vaulted ceilings and built from Exmoor stone, it has plenty of character, whilst still having all the amenities required for your time away. Tucked away in the centre of the village of Timberscombe, The Barn is an ideal location to explore Exmoor National Park. We are happy to accept one well trained, medium sized (e.g. labrador) dog, but please keep them off the furniture and do not leave them unattended.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
