Apartment vacation rentals in Exeter

We stayed here for a week and used it as a home location for day trips each day. We easily got to antique stores in New Hampshire and Maine and we were close enough to Boston to get to Mount Auburn and Salem. Everything was just as pictured on the website and our host responded to us very quickly whenever we had a question. Absolutely enjoyed being able to watch the sunset from our room and enjoy the wonderful bird songs in the morning and the frogs and crickets at night.

Loved it! Small town right next to the beach.. Great place to stay if you are looking to do daytrips in the area. comfy and cozy!

Two of us stayed three nights, and it was great. Sean was very responsive -- under 5 minutes sometimes -- when we had questions. The unit is at the rear of a historic house near the corner of routes 127 and 25 but was amazingly quiet (and across the street from a Dunkin). There's a lovely screened-in porch and the kitchen was mostly brand new. There's also a huge dining table that could fit a crowd, and the living room has enough seating to fit several people -- sometimes rare in an Airbnb. Both bedrooms are upstairs and had good beds. A third person stayed one night on the fold-out couch downstairs which was nothing special but fine. Note that there is only one bathroom (upstairs), although the shower is good, and like everything else, was spotless. We would definitely return.

Beautiful space in downtown. Easy to walk all over Portsmouth. Parking was paid but easy to navigate. Would stay there again! Very responsive team as well!

Pristine apartment just minutes from everything. Excellent location for bird/animal lovers. The bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Inside apartment was well appointed with gorgeous furnishings and quality linens. Super quiet too. Hoping to stay with Rick again.

We had a nice 2-day stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—across from the beach, close to local attractions, restaurants, and easy to get around. We'd stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great stay, location was incredible! Place had everything we needed, I really appreciated the beach towels, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed for pans, utensils. When I pointed out the tea kettle was missing, the host dropped off a new one, which was responsive and helpful for us. Place was functional and aesthetically furnished. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would look to stay at their other properties as well based on how nice this was.

Suz’s studio was perfect for a weekend in Portsmouth. We found a free parking spot close by and didn’t need to use the car until we left. Everything in town is close by, and the studio had everything we needed

Dan and Nancy provide a beautiful and comfortable get away. Their hospitality and attention to detail provides a relaxing respite regardless of weather conditions. I hope to return another time.

We had a great stay at Seaside Social. Despite being so close to Wally's, we didn't find it to be noisy--there's lots to do within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities of home were there when we arrived; even a goodie bag of snacks and beverages in the fridge. The weather didn't cooperate for us, but there were also beach chairs, towels, and a rolling cart available to use. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pet-friendly place in Hampton Beach.

For an amazing value, me and my guest got to stay in a squeaky clean and beautiful space. The unit is in a mere perfect location, adjacent to restaurants, cafés and bars. Everything my guest and I wanted to do was within a 10-15 minute walk of our Airbnb. The kitchen was very updated and filled to the brim with any spice or seasoning you could want, a coffee machine with multiple flavors of syrups, a roomy fridge and an elegant peninsula with bar stools. The shower and bathroom in general was well equipped and there was a fully functional laundry closet as well. Darryl was an amazing host, he pointed me in the right direction when recommending local spots to dine. He made it quite easy to find the unit and check in, through clear and concise instructions. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is searching for both an easy and wonderful stay in the beautiful seaside city of Portsmouth.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

It’s was like luxury after a long day working a wedding. It was very peaceful , clean and felt like home. I cannot wait to stay again!

I had a lovely stay. The accommodations were elegant and comfy, and Dan's hospitality was warm and responsive. The location was perfect for dining, the art museum, and access to the waterfront. There were some special touches that made it feel all the more welcoming (I won't spoil the surprise for future guests). It is a place I hope to return to in the future. Many thanks to our hosts!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!

Place is small but clean and cozy and a very quick drive to downtown Portland. Hot tub was a great bonus perk.

The Bunny Bungalow was an ideal place for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter's graduation weekend. The space is comfortable, well-equipped, and we wouldn't have changed a thing! And, what a wonderful neighborhood! Thanks for a great experience.
