It is located on a very quiet and wooded private estate of 3 hectares and has a garden of 4000 m2. The private pool, heated from May to September, measures 4 m x 11 m, its maximum depth is 1.80 m. The city center of Sarlat is a 15-minute walk away, the nearest supermarket is a 3-minute drive away.
