Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Come and find refuge in this small country house to recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest, to get away from it all (hiking trails, restaurants, rivers, ponds...). Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion. The house (60 m2) is on 2 floors + a mezzanine-bedroom.

Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. Building in local stone, 2 bedrooms (note that access to the bedrooms is below and is via a small staircase with three steps) + sofa bed, recently renovated with a terrace, ideal for a family or 2 couples.

PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.
