All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

The house is located in a small village between Ghent and Bruges. The house is right next to our house. There is total privacy. There is a separate entrance, a small terrace at the entrance. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with lounge and TV. For a third person, there is a full bed in the living room. There is an equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave and dining table. There is a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

Naast een slaapkamer met grote smart TV, een keukentje en een badkamer, zijn er 2 grote houten terrassen, 1 met zijdelings zeezicht, een buitenbad en een buitendouche, alsook ligzetels en een elektrische bbq.

Dit ruime appartement van 120m2 bevindt zich in hartje Gent, recht tegenover het Gravensteen. De ruime living met eetplaats en volledig ingerichte keuken kijkt uit op het kasteel. Het appartement omvat 2 mooie slaapkamers, 1 met dubbel bed en 1 met twee enkele bedden. Er is een volwaardig plooibed en een zetelbed op de overloop. Het appartement heeft een afzonderlijk toilet, een praktische badkamer met inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Er is een handige berging met was-en strijkfaciliteiten.

The guesthouse consists of 1 bedroom - kitchen - living area- toilet - bathroom. Everything is brand new (building finished in 2017 and completely painted in march 2021). This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

The ceilings are high. The historic center of Ghent is 10 minutes away. We are 40 km from Bruges. In the neighborhood there are a dozen bars, restaurants within 500 m. The bakery is across the street. Parking is private and free.
