Townhome vacation rentals in Everett

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

This townhome was lovely, very new and fresh and clean. The location is amazing with walk ability to grocery store, restaurants, and public transit. The hosts were very quick to respond with questions, even sending someone out to help with the TV. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle!

Erin and Shawn were super responsive and super helpful (be sure to check out their blog!). Their rooftop patio offers spectacular views of downtown and the Space Needle, and their place is accessible via the Capitol Hill rail station--and within walking distance of almost everything you'll want to do. Highly recommend!

My third time and I'm already booked for a 4th visit. The location is perfect. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Comfortable and spacious. It's starting to feel like our home away from home.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

i've never used airbnb before this and Tri made it really easy for me. only stayed one night in seattle but it was the perfect spot for my friends and i. perfect for a group of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff. super simple process would definitely recommend it.

The hosting was phenomenal and Ali was more than willing to work around any situations that arose. Overall great customer service and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I arrived late in Seattle, but Derek was very flexible and kind enough to host us at such short notice. Very communicative. The townhouse is exactly as described, clean and tidy. Loved the roof terrace for evening drinks and morning coffee. Very cool neighborhood and lots to do. Parking is a bit tricky, not many spots on the street available and the overnight parking garage are not recommended as most cars were broken into. But everything is within walking distance so not a problem for us after we parked the car in front of the house. I would definitely come back, it's private, yet I'm the middle of city hussle and bussle. We really enjoyed ourselves in this house. A real gem.

we picked Elena's place based on reviews and we were not disappointed. The host did a great job designing and furnishing the house. the kitchen is well appointed and the washer dryer worked great. the only thing is that this is a 3 story apartment and you also have to climb up a level to arrive at the first level. so if you have trouble climbing stairs, it might be difficult. but that's the nature of a house on a hill. overall we enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to stay at Elena's place again.

Dora and Le hosted such a wonderful stay for me and my husband! The space was the perfect size for two (it honestly felt quite roomy) it was nice and private and suuuper clean! Would also like to mention how cute the space was! Dora recommended some great food joins super close by, and there was easy access to public transportation all around the city. I felt safe and tucked away, and if I had any issues, Dora was very responsive and super generous. Beautiful place! Will stay again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Seattle! The neighborhood was very nice, clean and perfect for a relaxing visit. It felt safe and well maintained, with everything I needed close by. One of the best parts was how conveniently located it was to the bus line, which made getting around the city super easy. The host was friendly and responsive, and the place itself was just as described. I’d definitely stay here again!

Really nice townhouse in Ballard - ground level bedrooms were great for our kids, owners suite was awesome, and the roof top patio was really fun!

Highly recommend The Cozy Cascade! The host was incredibly responsive and super friendly. Very clear instructions, and the home was beautiful. More than enough room for 8 guests.

We chose the home for the location in Green Lake. The home is comfortable, clean and well-organized. There were extra pillows in the closets, plenty of towels, a full refrigerator. The hostess is incredibly responsive and welcoming. She really is a highlight of our stay along with the great location and ease of use. My family and I enjoyed relaxing on the sectional in the living room and we even played Trivial Pursuit. (There were a number of games in the living room console.) The apartment is compact and looks bigger in pictures than it was in real life. But, that was not a problem for us. I would definitely return to this home.

I had a wonderful stay here with three of my family members while celebrating my graduation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The host was incredibly thoughtful, every detail in the home felt intentional and made our stay comfortable and easy. It was obvious that the host truly considers what guests may need. The location was also perfect—convenient, safe, and close to everything we needed for our trip. I highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. We’d gladly stay again!

This place was absolutely perfect and I hope to stay here every time I visit my brother in Seattle. The rooftop patio was such a bonus, my cousins and I loved spending time up there enjoying the views and weather. Karl was super responsive and proactive with information, everything was clear and easy. The bonus is the rooms and bathrooms are large and also there is a desk in the middle floor bedroom, which really came in handy to get some work done while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s townhouse. She was extremely communicative, accommodating and pleasant. The house was thoroughly clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The townhouse was located in the Fremont area, 10 to 15 minutes by Uber. The house is also on the public transit route. The #5 bus will take you to downtown area (bus stop is directly across the street from the house). Enjoyed the rooftop patio, it was beautifully decorated with fantastic views. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Courtney’s place was perfect for our group of 6. Such a clean, beautiful condo. We felt right at home and loved how walkable Alki beach neighborhood was for us. Thank you! Can’t recommend more and would stay again!

We had one month stay in this beautiful little den. My kids loved this place. Keep in mind you need to drive to access markets and essentials. Max was great with response time and refills. Highly recommended 👍🏻 Overall 5 stars ⭐️

We had such an incredible stay. The location is beautiful, the views from the large bedroom and the roof are absolutely breathtaking at sunset. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, with clear labels and instructions on everything. We were in town for a concert at T-Mobile, which was only about a 35 minute walk. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and stores, but without the stress of being right downtown. Just about a 10 minute walk North was a great 2-mile path we used to run in the mornings. I would for sure stay here for a second. I kind of want to go back already!

Stayed here over Christmas with my family and 2 year old daughter for 7 days. The space and location are great and every thing was provided as described in the listing. If you plan to do any heavy cooking the kitchen was a bit light on some cooking items so just be prepared to buy or bring some. There are some pots and pans and essentials provided. The access to the space is easy and the hosts are very communicative. Would recommend.
