Stunning Manor House In Normandy

At the edge of the forest (gate opens directly into forest), this 400m² manor house a fireplace, a covered pool (open from May 1-September 30), and a fire pit outside in the vast garden. Paris is 1h15 away. The house is perfect for big families with children. A great way to spend the summer holidays or weekends with your extended family. Minimum stay June-August is 7 days. An extra charge of 100€ is applied if the garbage is not taken out. 12 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED

The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. The Grand Lodge is a family-friendly place ideally located in the middle of nature in a landscaped and maintained park of 5000 m2. Pool of 9mx4.5m with pergola, open from early May to late seven and heated from the 2nd week of May). It is shared with the tenants of the Petit Lodge (4 people maximum) located on the same grounds but well separated, each has its own personal space. We are ideally located for visiting the area, forest, sea, activities and 6 km from all shops!

La Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. This is an old barn rehabilitated into a lovely holiday home with all comforts. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood stove and opens onto a large private wooded garden, with barbecue, garden furniture, ping pong and bikes available.
